Sky Vegas sister sites: what each Sky sister adds
Bonne Terre Gaming Limited runs Sky Vegas on licence 065519-R-339675-003 (Commission account 65519), Active on 1 October 2026. The same licence covers its 3 sister sites: Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and the poker room Sky Poker. Sky Bet has its own licensee, yet one Sky account and rulebook opens all 5 sites. So any Sky account, Sky Bet's included, closes the other sites' £10 welcomes to you.

Sky Vegas in pounds: £25 of play arrives as 250 spins worth 10p each. Of that, £5 needs no deposit. The remaining £20 comes after a £10 deposit, once that £10 has gone on slots or instant wins inside 30 days.
| Site | Welcome offer | Wagering, in pounds | Deposit from | Withdrawals, once approved | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sky Vegas | 250 spins at 10p, with 7 days to use them | None on winnings. £25 of spins for £10 | £10 for the 200 spins, by debit card or Apple Pay | Pay by Bank immediately, Visa cards within 1-4 hours | Bonne Terre Gaming, 065519-R-339675-003, Active |
| Sky Bingo | £20 of bingo tickets, 30 days to use them | None on bingo winnings. Tickets worth twice your £10 | £10, then £10 staked on those 3 games | Same Sky account and methods | Same licence, Active |
| Sky Casino | 100 spins at £0.10 on Age of the Gods slots, 30 days to use them | None. £10 of spins for £10 staked | £10 for the spins | Same Sky account and methods | Same licence, Active |
| Sky Poker | €40 in tickets for earning 50 SPs, plus 7 daily missions with their own rewards | Paid as tickets, with pounds converted at a rate fixed daily at 21:00 GMT | Earn 50 SPs first | Same Sky account and methods, after a transfer out of the Poker wallet | Same licence, Active |
Each offer is for newcomers to Sky who are 18 or older. Every row shows the terms Sky displayed on 1 October 2026, when the 4 sites shared one Active licence. Only Sky Vegas starts with spins that need no deposit.
- For spin value: Sky Vegas, with £25 of spins in all, £20 of them once a £10 deposit is staked on slots. The first 50 all land on the first eligible slot you open, so choose it with care.
- For bingo: Sky Bingo, with £20 of tickets once you've deposited and played £10. The tickets are worth up to 10p each and only work in Cash Cubes Bingo, DOND 75 Ball or AOTG Bingo, 3 games in all.
- For a longer window: Sky Casino, whose 100 spins stay usable for 30 days. They're tied to Age of the Gods slots, though.
Which games and extras does Sky Vegas offer?
Slots lead at Sky Vegas, from Jackpot King titles to an exclusive game called Sky Vegas Megaways. You'll also find scratchcards and live tables, a few under Sky's own name, like Sky Vegas Live Roulette and Live ONE Blackjack.
Live play gets its own offer. There's a separate £10 Live Bonus, and whatever it wins is free of wagering. It's only for people who've never held a Sky account and who deposit and stake £10 on live games. You can't withdraw the bonus itself or combine it with another offer, and it lapses 30 days from the day it's credited.
The Prize Machine costs nothing. Each day brings one spin, which opens at 00:01 and closes at 23:59, with no stake needed first. Prizes range from a 10p scratchcard and 1 to 50 free spins to cash of 50p or £1. The bonus rounds can pay up to £1,000 a day, and those wins land as cash, with no wagering.
How do Sky Vegas deposits and withdrawals work?
Sky's deposit help lists 4 ways to pay, each with its own rule:
- Debit cards: up to 3 on one account.
- Pay by Bank: no deposit minimum, and a withdrawal of £5.00 or more reaches your bank immediately.
- Apple Pay: payouts go back only to a card you've already paid in with via Apple Pay.
- Revolut Pay: for UK customers paying in pounds, with no withdrawal minimum.
Credit cards aren't taken. The law bars them. Why that matters for your deposit: only debit cards and Apple Pay count towards an offer, and any other method won't qualify.
Visa and participating Mastercard debit cards get Instant Withdrawals within 1-4 hours, and if nothing lands within 24 hours, Sky wants you to contact it. You'll need £5.00 at least. Standard card payouts need 2-5 working days, and payouts to online payment services or UK debit cards carry no Sky fee.
The rule underneath is Sky's net deposit rule. Each method's net deposits, meaning money in minus money out, should sit as near to £0.00 as possible, which Sky calls a regulatory requirement.
Say you pay in £70 on a Visa card and £50 on a Mastercard, then withdraw £150. The first £70 returns to the Visa. Your Mastercard gets the other £80.
What do the Sky Vegas sister sites offer?
Sky Casino

Sky Casino runs on Playtech software, with titles such as the Age Of The Gods jackpots, Celtic Charm and Buffalo Blitz, plus Playtech's live dealer games. Its home page counts games exclusive to the site and more than 300 others, with around 250 slots, and gives a £5 minimum deposit. Searching for Sky Casino sister sites leads straight back to this group, since Sky Vegas shares its licence, and so do Sky Bingo and Sky Poker.
On 1 October 2026, Sky Casino's welcome paid 100 spins at £0.10 for a £10 deposit in your first 30 days, plus £10 staked. Unlike at Sky Vegas, that £10 can go on table and live games as well as slots. Whatever the spins win isn't wagered, and they stay live for 30 days.
Sky Bingo

For Sky Vegas bingo, the place to go is Sky Bingo online, which opens with the Sky account you already hold. Players at Sky Bingo play real-money bingo in paid rooms. At 8.22pm on 1 October 2026, lobby tickets ran from 1p in Sky Pennies and Sky 80 to £2.00 in Clover Rollover. Slingo games sit alongside the rooms.
A free room runs daily between 7pm and 8pm. Its weekly prize pot is £10,000. Sky Bingo's new customer offer, as of 1 October 2026, can be claimed once per customer, and bingo winnings from it carry no wagering. Rooms, terms and that site's own sister list are covered in full in the Sky Bingo sister sites guide.
Sky Poker

Sky Poker has joined the iPoker network. More promotions follow, and tournaments with bigger prize pools. You'll find Twister games and Mystery Bounties on the menu now, and a ringfenced set of Sky Exclusive games stays. Your Poker Points convert to cash, which Sky says is worth up to 40% rakeback.
Sky Poker's welcome works differently from the other 3, because you earn it with points (50 SPs) rather than a £10 deposit and stake. Under the 1 October 2026 terms, you opt in and earn 50 SPs for €40 in tickets. On top, 7 missions, 1 a day, add small rewards of their own, worth €1 to €10 each in tickets or free blinds. The tickets are priced in euros, so Sky converts your pounds using an exchange rate it sets each day at 21:00 GMT.
Are Sky Bet and Sky Vegas sister sites?
Not by the strict test. Sky Bet's sportsbook has a licensee of its own, SBG Sports Limited, account 67370, a company with its head office in Malta. Its 067370-R-341330-006 licence covers real-event and pool betting plus gambling software, and it's been Active from 6 October 2025. With just the 2 Sky Bet addresses on its domain list, that licence carries no Sky Bet sister sites at all.
What ties them is the account. One registration opens Sky Bet and the 4 gaming sites under one set of general terms. There's also a trading name, Sky Bet Games, that's Active for Bonne Terre Gaming and Inactive for SBG Sports. Anything you play under it answers to Sky Vegas's licensee.
Flutter's Sky Gaming page draws the same line, listing 4 gaming brands without Sky Bet. Payout caps differ too. For Sky Bet, £500,000 is the ceiling on what all your bets can win in one calendar day. Sky Vegas and its sisters cap the winnings on any one wager or game round at £250,000, progressive jackpot games aside.
Who owns Sky Vegas, and which licensees has it had?
Sky's sites have moved between 3 licensees since 2014, and here's the order it happened in, from the register and Sky's own help pages:
- 1 November 2014: a remote casino licence begins for Bonne Terre Limited, the Leeds company on account 38718.
- 10 July 2018: The Stars Group buys Sky Betting & Gaming.
- 5 May 2020: Flutter Entertainment Plc acquires The Stars Group.
- 18 November 2024: Bonne Terre Gaming Limited starts holding the bingo and casino licence.
- 6 October 2025: SBG Sports takes the sportsbook.
- 31 October 2025: Bonne Terre Limited surrenders its licence, and its 8 Sky domains showed as Inactive on 1 October 2026.
Sky's general terms (clause 32.1, read 1 October 2026) say Flutter Entertainment Plc wholly owns, as subsidiaries, the companies running all 5 Sky sites. The Sky name isn't Flutter's, though. Sky Limited keeps the trademarks, and each site uses them under licence. The Sky Vegas footer adds a second licence, HM Government of Gibraltar's number 156, with the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner as its regulator.
The old Leeds licensee, Bonne Terre Limited, drew a £1.17m Commission fine on 9 March 2022. What triggered it was an email for Sky Vegas, sent on 2 November 2021, offering 100 free spins to anyone who bet £5. It reached 41,395 people who'd self-excluded, plus 249,159 who'd unsubscribed. On 1 October 2026, the register's actions pages for all 3 Sky accounts listed none, though this fine shows that's not the whole history.
What links Sky Vegas to Flutter's other UK brands?
Does a Sky self-exclusion reach Flutter's other brands?
Within Sky, it's simple. Your self-exclusion sits on the one account, so it covers every Sky product. Across the wider Flutter family, which adds tombola, PokerStars, Paddy Power and Betfair, only one tool travels with you, and it's the all-product self-exclusion.
| Set on your Sky account | Reaches the other Flutter brands? |
|---|---|
| All-product self-exclusion | Yes, for UK accounts with matching details: since 8 June 2022, with tombola added in a section of Sky's FAQ dated 18 December 2024 |
| Product-only exclusion, poker included | No, you apply it at each brand |
| Cool Off | No |
| Reality Check | No |
| Deposit limit | No, you set it at each brand |
| Closing your account | No |
| Marketing preferences | No |
Even the shared exclusion depends on your details lining up, so Sky recommends self-excluding at each brand where you've got an account. Reopening doesn't travel either. A Sky account can't be reinstated while an all-product exclusion is still live at one of the 4 other brands, and each brand reopens separately.
Which sites like Sky Vegas sit outside the Sky account?
The closest sites like Sky Vegas are Flutter's other UK brands, labelled here as alternatives, not sisters, because each has a different licensee. Each one needs its own registration. Your limits start from scratch there too.
| Alternative | Licensee and Commission account | Licence on 1 October 2026 | Tie to Sky Vegas |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paddy Power and Betfair | PPB Games Limited, 39411 | 039411-R-319335-010, Casino Active | Same parent group, different licensee |
| PokerStars Casino | Stars Interactive Limited, 39108 | 039108-R-319334-026, Casino Active | Same parent group, different licensee |
| tombola | Tombola (International) Plc, 38613 | 038613-R-319397-016, Bingo and Casino Active | Same parent group, different licensee |
If you're weighing tombola for bingo, its own licence and sisters are on the tombola Arcade sister sites page. As for free sites like Sky Vegas, the no-cost options sit inside Sky itself, in the daily Prize Machine spin and Sky Bingo's 7pm room.
How do complaints and gambling limits work at Sky?
How do you complain about a Sky account?
Sky Vegas, its sisters and Sky Bet share one complaints process, with time limits Sky sets for its replies:
- Raise it with Customer Care by chat, phone or email.
- No fix at that stage? Escalate it to the Complaints team. An automated receipt should reach you within 24 hours of submitting it.
- Its answer usually comes within 5 working days. The terms set a 10-day limit, and for UK players Sky can extend it to 8 weeks.
- Still unhappy? IBAS, the independent adjudicator Sky has appointed, will hear it for free.
Which Sky limits and blocks can you set?
Self-exclusion on your Sky account covers all 5 sites. Deposit limits are set site by site from Sky's safer-gambling page, so set yours before any deposit. Gambling under 18 is illegal, and Sky checks every new account's age electronically.
A deposit limit counts what you pay in over a fixed period, while a net deposit limit subtracts withdrawals and runs on a rolling period. Cutting either applies at once, but a rise or removal has to sit through a cooling-off period first.
Need a pause? Cool Off lasts anywhere between 1 and 30 days, then lifts by itself, without a call to Sky. A self-exclusion can last for good, or for a stretch that starts at 6 months and tops out at 5 years. Reality Check reminders work on the gaming sites, and Sky also points you to BetBlocker, a free and anonymous blocking tool.
GAMSTOP goes wider, closing the door at every Great Britain-licensed gambling website and app. Its minimum terms are 6 months, or 1 or 5 years. Once yours ends, the block stays switched on, up to a 7-year maximum, and only contacting GAMSTOP ends it sooner.
GamCare's free National Gambling Helpline never shuts, and its number, 0808 8020 133, works for a call or a WhatsApp message. Its website adds live chat, and this site's responsible gambling page gathers more ways to get help.
What else should you know about a Sky account?
What if you end up with 2 Sky accounts? You're allowed only 1 account across Sky. A second one can be closed by Sky, with its winnings voided and any positive balance kept, so stick to the account you've got.
Can you play the Sky Vegas spins at £1? Yes. Raising the stake cuts the number of spins, not their value, so 200 at 10p become 20 at £1, still £20 of spins.
Is your Sky Vegas balance protected if Sky fails? Customer money sits apart from Sky's operating accounts, yet the terms admit there's no absolute guarantee all of it would be repaid.
Do Sky's welcomes fit the January 2026 bonus rules? Under Commission rules live since 19 January 2026, one incentive can't mix betting, casino, bingo and lottery, and wagering can't exceed 10 times. Sky's welcomes each stick to one product and carry no wagering at all. That fits both rules.
