Double Bubble Bingo sister sites: Gamesys brands compared

Here's how those welcomes compared with the sisters' on 28 September 2026:

In pounds, Double Bubble's 30 spins are £3 of play, while its bingo offer is 25 tickets worth £25 only when the tickets cost £1. Jackpotjoy gives £30 of free bingo for the same £10, also valued on £1 tickets, so it's the stronger of the 2 bingo welcomes here. The spins come with no wagering at all, comfortably below the 10x ceiling the Commission applied from 19 January 2026.

What are the rules on Double Bubble's welcome?

The small details decide whether you get it:

• Opt in first. You pick the offer before your first deposit, and it can't be added afterwards.
• One welcome only. Opting in to one rules out the other welcome offers.
• Two 30-day windows. You get 30 days from your first deposit to qualify, then 30 more to play the spins.
• No wagering. The spins have no wagering requirement, and there's no cash alternative to them.

The free bingo tickets can't be used on Session Bingo.

What rewards and limits apply to regular players?

The Bubble-O-Meter is its slots reward. A progress bar fills as you play, and each level earns a spin of a prize wheel. Only invited members can opt in, once their first deposit and wager are at least 7 days old. Slots count towards it, with Instant Games the 1 exception.

Double Bubble bingo and slots also come with a spending limit set by the site. On top of any limit you choose, the site applies its own, and whichever is smaller is the one that holds. A lower limit takes effect straight away.

How long do Double Bubble withdrawals take?

Withdrawals start at £10 and top out at £25,000 per transaction by card or Apple Pay. Google Pay depositors are paid to a bank account and may be asked for documents. Processing takes 4 to 24 hours. Then Visa Direct payments usually arrive within 4 hours, and bank accounts and Mastercard within a working day. The money goes back to the last method you deposited with.

If something goes wrong, the Complaints Team contacts you within 5 working days. The Managing Director's Office then replies within 10 working days, and verified GB account holders can take it on to eCOGRA.

Does a Double Bubble self-exclusion cover the Gamesys sisters?

It does. Gamesys's self-exclusion policy lists DoubleBubbleBingo.com among its sites and closes any accounts you hold across the other websites it operates. You can exclude yourself for half a year up to 5 years.

What is Gamesys's regulator record, and what do reviews say?

On 10 January 2024 the Commission announced a £6 million penalty for Gamesys Operations Limited, for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings. Its notice described the company as running 12 websites, doublebubblebingo.com and jackpotjoy.com among them. The Virgin Games sister sites page covers the rest of the Gamesys bingo sites and how the group changed hands.

Trustpilot reviewers are harsh. On 28 September 2026 Double Bubble's unclaimed profile scored 1.2 from 273 reviews, with 88% at 1 star.

Where can you get help with gambling?

GamCare's National Gambling Helpline answers free on 0808 8020 133, and the NHS Wales helpline on 0808 2819 265, day and night. GambleAware, sometimes still named on gambling sites, stopped operating on 31 March 2026. A single GAMSTOP sign-up shuts every British-licensed gambling site and app to you.
