On the conflicting multiple, the terms pick the winner. They say they prevail whenever documents conflict. 4 limits shape the amount, in the words of terms 6.5 and 6.11 (30 September 2026):
- Minimum: "The minimum withdrawal amount is £100".
- Weekly limit: "Withdrawals are currently limited to £1,500 per calendar week". For VIP status Opal, Sapphire or Pearl, "the maximum weekly withdrawal limit is £500".
- Fees: 4 free withdrawals per calendar month, then "additional withdrawals shall incur a £60 processing fee".
- The deposit cap: "cumulative deposits" of £500 or less limit you to "a maximum of 10× the deposit that produced the winnings, less any applicable fees".
Don't skip that last one. Funds above the cap are cancelled, and the cap stays on that win even if later deposits push your total past £500.

- After those 30 days, either side may ask the Dean of the Curaçao Bar Association to appoint a sole arbitrator. The hearing runs in Curaçao, in English, and the side that starts it pays all the costs.
2 clauses change how you handle it:
- Confidentiality: you agree to keep a complaint private, and Bon Rush may stop pursuing it if you tell anyone else, even in a public casino review.
- Suspension: if it suspends your account instead, you've got 3 months from the suspension to send evidence or an explanation.

Is Bon Rush legit, and what do its terms allow?
Judge it by its terms. Bonrush.com caps the company's liability at the stake for a single bet and at £500 for anything else, and you give up any class action. A chargeback lets it keep your remaining balance. Breaching its dispute clause exposes you, under the 30 September 2026 version of terms 16.5, to liquidated damages of "£500,000 (five hundred thousand Euro)".
Not simply. You can't withdraw a deposit balance until you've used the site for play, and every request is reviewed. Played deposits aren't refunded under any circumstances, the terms say.
It'll close after 180 days without a transaction, and any balance you've left in it is forfeited for good. You can ask support to reopen it, but the balance won't come back.
