Jumpman Gaming Limited runs HeySpin and 6 sister sites: Amazon Slots, Fluffy Spins, Mega Reel, Pink Riches, 24 Spin and Wizard Slots. All seven print the same terms. What matters most: converted bonus is tied to your lifetime deposits, up to £250. HeySpin's own welcome is 50 Starburst spins when you deposit £10.

In pounds: say the 50 spins return £20 in bonus funds. With 10x wagering, you'd need £200 of bonus bets. If you've only ever deposited £10, no more than £10 of what's left can become withdrawable.

The table's welcomes date from 1 October 2026, seen over a British connection that same morning, alongside the register's domain labels. Only newcomers who are 18 or older qualify, and offers change, so open the promotion page before you pay in.

  • If a known number of spins matters most: HeySpin's 50 are fixed, while a Mega Reel prize can land anywhere up to 500.
  • If you'd rather not deposit first: HeySpin and Pink Riches both hand out 20 Starburst spins once you register a debit card.
  • If you mostly play Fluffy Favourites: Fluffy Spins aims its Mega Reel prize at that game.

Who runs HeySpin, and what does "White Label" mean?

The licence belongs to Jumpman Gaming Limited, whose Commission record is account 39175, with a head office in Alderney. Its licence for remote play, 039175-R-319452-025, dates from 1 November 2014 for both bingo and casino. It was still current on 1 October 2026.

Jumpman's domain list tags HeySpin's main web address as White Label. By the Commission's definition, a licensed firm runs such a domain together with a second organisation and keeps the licence itself. In the regulator's view, that tie is really a marketing agreement. So the partner brings players in, but your account, your money and any complaint sit with Jumpman.

That set-up's the norm here, not the exception. Of the 232 domain rows on Jumpman's list, 133 were White Label, against 19 Active and 80 Inactive.

HeySpin's address without the www also turns up, tagged Inactive, under AG Communications Limited, a Malta company on account 39483. Inactive covers a domain that's no longer used or never started. The HeySpin you reach today sits on Jumpman's account.

Who owns Jumpman Gaming now?

Super Group (SGHC) Limited took majority control of Jumpman in September 2022 and bought the rest on 1 November 2024. In its annual report for 2025, Super Group describes Jumpman as running on its own technology. It also supplies white-label partners and counts over 200 brands.

Which brands are the Hey Spin sister sites?

The 6 HeySpin casino sister sites below share its company and its Commission account, going by their footers on 1 October 2026. Jumpman runs far more brands than 6, so treat this as the close family, not the whole tree.

  • Amazon Slots is the only one tagged Active on the register, which means Jumpman reported using that domain itself.
  • Fluffy Spins points its Mega Reel welcome at Fluffy Favourites.
  • Mega Reel shares its name with the prize wheel most of the group now uses as a welcome.
  • Pink Riches matches HeySpin's 20 no-deposit spins, then adds a Mega Reel spin.
  • 24 Spin sends its Mega Reel spins to Starburst, HeySpin's game too.
  • Wizard Slots shares Mega Reel's Big Bass Splash prize.

Of the 6, 5 are White Labels like HeySpin. In practice, you're choosing between front doors to one operator, so pick on the welcome and the games you like rather than on safety. Other groups appear on the all sister sites list.

What is identical across HeySpin and its sister sites?

The terms are. The documents at all seven addresses carry the same text, last updated 30 September 2026, and differ only in the web address and brand name. These rules from that document cost or save you money:

  • Bonus wagering is 10x the bonus won, and only bonus bets count towards it.
  • Your real money is always staked first, so your bonus balance is touched only after your cash runs out.
  • Blackjack, roulette and progressive jackpot slots don't count, and bonus money can't go on bingo, table or live games.
  • Withdrawing real money before you finish the 10x resets your bonus balance to £0.00.

The Commission's limit of 10x on bonus wagering began on 19 January 2026, so Jumpman's 10x sits right at the legal maximum. No GB-licensed site can ask for more, though any site may set a lower multiple.

How does the bonus conversion ceiling work?

It's this rule that most changes what you take home. Once you've met the wagering, the most bonus that converts equals your lifetime deposits on that site, up to £250. Anything above that is removed.

Take a player who has deposited £10 in total and finishes the 10x with £40 of bonus left. Only £10 turns into real money, and the other £30 disappears. Deposit more over time and the ceiling rises with you, until it stops at £250. If you've never deposited, you can convert £50 at most.

What does the HeySpin no deposit offer pay?

You register, add a valid debit card and get 20 Starburst spins, limited to one claim for each player and each card. Each 10 spins can win £8 at most, so 20 spins top out at £16 of bonus. At 10x, that's £160 of bonus bets before anything converts.

The £50 ceiling for non-depositors doesn't bite here, since £16 is the most you could hold. Pink Riches runs the same 20-spin offer under the same card check.

How long do HeySpin withdrawals take?

The banking rules match on every site in the group. A HeySpin payout moves through these steps:

  1. Your first withdrawal needs ID, and the request stays pending while the documents are reviewed.
  2. If the ID isn't accepted, the pending amount goes back into your balance inside 48 hours.
  3. Once pending ends, the money should reach your bank in 1-5 working days.

Everything is in pounds, you can add up to 3 cards, and the smallest deposit is £10. Debit cards, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard and Pay by Mobile are all on the list. Pay by Mobile costs £2.50 on every deposit, so £10 costs you £12.50, a 25% fee. You also can't withdraw to Pay by Mobile, so you'll need a second method.

What happens to money left in an inactive account?

Skip logging in for 365 straight days and the account turns Inactive, after a warning. From then on, a £5.00 fee comes off the real-money balance every 30 days. A £20 balance lasts 4 fees, so it's gone 120 days in.

Jumpman keeps players' money in a client account apart from company funds. Its terms say balances aren't protected if it goes insolvent, the Commission's "Not Protected" level. Leaving a balance idle at any Jumpman brand is a risk you don't need to take.

Does Jumpman Gaming have a regulator record?

Yes, once in the public record. A Commission statement dated 17 May 2022 set out what a review, begun on 3 September 2020, had found at Jumpman. There were anti-money-laundering failings, weak customer-interaction checks and gaps in its multiple-account policy.

The breaches involved licence conditions 12.1.1 and 12.1.2, plus social responsibility code provisions 3.4.1 and 3.9.1, between February and July 2020. Jumpman agreed to pay £500,000 instead of a formal financial penalty. That was settled before Super Group bought its first stake in September 2022.

Two details stand out for anyone with logins at more than one of these brands. Jumpman accepted that some players with accounts across its brands had slipped past its internal checks. In one case, a customer lost over £15,000 in less than a month without enough proof they could afford it.

How do you complain about HeySpin?

Send your complaint within six months of the issue to Jumpman's complaints team. It promises to acknowledge you within 48 hours and to rule on it within 8 weeks of receiving what it requested.

If you're still unhappy and live in the UK, you can take the dispute to eCOGRA, free of charge, for a final ruling. For what a Commission licence does and doesn't protect, see the UKGC licence guide.

How do you set limits or self-exclude across Jumpman sites?

GB players get deposit limits counted on gross deposits, so a withdrawal doesn't free up room. You can choose a daily, a weekly or a monthly cap. Lowering one needs no wait, but raising or removing a limit needs 24 hours, then a fresh login to confirm it. Limits follow you to every account Jumpman links to you on its participating sites.

Self-exclusion can't be shorter than 6 months. Within 24 hours it covers every Jumpman account in your name, and you can't open new ones at any of its sites. After the period runs out, nothing reopens by itself. You email to ask, then wait out a one-day cooling-off.

Jumpman is integrated with GAMSTOP, which blocks you across GB-licensed sites in one step. Once your chosen GAMSTOP period ends, the exclusion carries on for up to a further seven years unless you contact GAMSTOP.

HeySpin's footer still points to GambleAware, even though that charity stopped all its work on 31 March 2026. Talking to someone costs nothing at GamCare, where the National Gambling Helpline's advisers can be reached on 0808 8020 133. Further help is gathered on the responsible gambling page. HeySpin and its sisters take no one under 18.
