What payout rules do Dreams and its sisters share?

All of them. Each sister's terms repeat 441 to 448 of Dreams' 448 lines word for word, names aside, and all 15 are dated 30 September 2026. The clause numbers below are Dreams' own.

Withdrawal or account rule What all 15 sets of terms say Dreams clause
Smallest withdrawal Usually $100, as low as $20 on some methods 5.1
ID before a payout KYC must be complete first, and photo ID, proof of address or a selfie can be requested 5.3
Unplayed deposit An 8% fee, $4 at least, unless you've wagered the deposit once 5.4
Method charges Up to $40 a transaction, or 5% in some cases 5.4
Where your money goes Bank wire if you paid in by card, the same coin if you used crypto, or Bitcoin in some cases 5.5
Review, then payment 7-10 business days to approve your request, then 7-10 more to send it 5.6-5.8
Weekly cap $2,500 approved and sent a week, a limit your VIP level can raise 5.7, 5.8
Monthly cap $10,000, or $5,000 once your balance reaches ten times your deposits 5.6
Accounts 1 per household, inactive after 2 years unused 2.3, 3.3

Worked example, in dollars: you've deposited $300 in total and your balance stands at $9,000, 30 times your deposits. The $5,000 monthly cap applies, paid as 2 weekly sums of $2,500, and the remaining $4,000 waits for a later month. Each payment could take 20 business days, 10 to approve and 10 to send. Below ten times your deposits, the ceiling is $10,000 a month.

Dreams' own banking page, at mydreamscasino.com, adds the cashier detail. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Changelly deposits carry no fee, while Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover charge 3-10%. Payouts leave by Bitcoin, bank wire, Coindraw or cheque, at most $2,500 a payout, and Coindraw lists 0-7 days and a 5% fee against 7-10 days for the others.

For sites like Dreams Casino in this group, it's the same company, same rules, so switching brands won't change your withdrawal clock, your weekly cap or your 3-day window for disputes.

The 14 in the roll above. Each publishes its own terms, and every set names Primrose, company 15804, as the owner of the service. All 15 FAQs repeat the same lines on RealTime Gaming's tested random number generator and dollar wagering, so the homepages are where the brands differ.

Who runs Dreams Casino?

Primrose Media Limited, according to Dreams' terms: company 15804, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the island of Anjouan in the Comoros. The terms say Dreams is "Licensed in the State of Anjouan" and cite Act 007 of 2005, the Computer Gaming Licensing Act, wording all 14 sisters print too.

On 2 October 2026, Anjouan's licence register held record ALSI-202409021-FI2 for Primrose, a b2c licence issued on 16 September 2024. The record gave 15 September 2026 as its expiry date and "valid" as its status. It listed rubyslots.com, slotsofvegas.com and ragingbullslots.com, not Dreams' own domain. No Primrose record was on the register when read on 7 October 2026. Those 3 brands print the number in their footers as ALSI-202409021-F12, a figure 1 where the register had a letter I.

Can you play at Dreams Casino from the UK?

Its own terms say no: you must not access or use the service if you're a resident of, or accessing from, a listed country, and clause 2.2 lists the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Every sister's clause 2.2 carries the same line, so this page shows no offers, bonus terms or picks for any of the 15, only how they work.

How do you self-exclude from Dreams and its sisters?

Ask on live chat, since clause 3.5 says the Customer Support Department will process a self-exclusion request immediately. If you've opened accounts at several of these casinos, send the request to each one.

Clause 9.1 also lets you ask by live chat or email for deposit limits or a cool-off period, and clause 3.6 closes an account outright by email from your registered address or by live chat. If gambling feels out of control, clause 9.3 points you to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous or a similar service in your area.

What happens to a Dreams Casino complaint?

Clause 15.1 routes a complaint to customer service via the website's links and your registered email address. The casino says it will endeavour to reply within 28 days of receipt. The 3-day window for disputing a bet runs from the day it was decided, so a Monday result needs raising by Thursday.

Clause 15.2 makes the casino's decisions final. Beyond that, the terms point you to the Central Dispute System, which they describe as a third-party system set up by their software provider. Anjouan law governs the terms, and clause 15.4 puts disputes under Anjouan's jurisdiction.

Which Dream-named casinos belong to other companies?

Lucky Dreams and Dream Jackpot have their own sister-site pages here, and neither company appears in the Primrose terms.

Where do you get free gambling help, day or night?

Night or day, 0808 8020 133 reaches an adviser on the National Gambling Helpline, and GamCare is the organisation behind it. You can also send a WhatsApp to that number, or start a live chat on GamCare's website, and the support costs nothing. Gambling sites are for adults only (18+), and Dreams' terms ask for 21.

Alongside GAMSTOP, your phone and computer can carry a blocker, and Gamblock, Gamban and BetBlocker are each designed to stop gambling websites opening.

Once its minimum period ends, a GAMSTOP exclusion stays in force until you ask the GAMSTOP Contact Centre to close it. Left untouched, it runs for at most a further 7 years, after which GAMSTOP deactivates it. The safer gambling page on this site covers limits and blocks in more depth.
