Yes, Sky Bingo has sister sites, and the useful thing to understand up front is that they trace back to one operator rather than to the "Sky" name on the door. The company that actually holds your money, clears your withdrawal and answers to the regulator is Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 65519 and confirmed on Sky Bingo's own licensing page. That company belongs to Flutter Entertainment's Sky Betting & Gaming division, and the "Sky" branding is used under licence from Sky Limited. So this is a familiar broadcaster's name sitting on a gambling business run by someone else entirely.
That one fact does most of the work. The brands that share Bonne Terre Gaming's single licence are the genuine sisters; a couple of others in the wider family sit on different licences and behave differently. Here is who runs what, and what it changes for you.
Sky Bingo is a licensed-name brand: the recognisable identity comes from Sky, but the gambling operation is Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, a Flutter company registered in Gibraltar. On the Commission's public register, account 65519 lists five active trading names under that one company — sky bingo, sky vegas, sky casino, sky poker and sky bet games. Sky Bingo's own site writes the number with a leading zero, as 065519; it is the same account.
Two things follow from that ownership that are worth being clear about. First, the Sky you know from television and broadband — Sky Limited — is not your gambling counterparty. It lets Flutter use the name; it does not take your deposit or handle your complaint. If something goes wrong, it goes to Bonne Terre Gaming and, failing that, to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in the operator's own terms, not to Sky's customer line. Second, Bonne Terre Gaming being registered in Gibraltar does not water down your protections: for anyone playing from Britain it is the Gambling Commission licence, 65519, that governs the account, so the same UK rules on fair terms, complaints handling and safer gambling apply regardless of where the company is incorporated.
There is a small piece of history worth knowing, too, because it explains why older reviews quote different details. The Sky gaming brands previously sat under a separate company, Bonne Terre Limited, on account 38718 — and those trading names are now marked inactive on the register. The live licence today is 65519. If a page you are reading cites another number for Sky Bingo, check the register rather than the page.
Sort the family by licence and it falls into place. Four brands share Sky Bingo's exact licence. Two more are relatives that do not, and that distinction matters more than the shared "Sky" wordmark suggests.
| Brand | Operator / licence | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Sky Vegas | Bonne Terre Gaming Ltd — UKGC 65519 | Same licence as Sky Bingo; slots and casino |
| Sky Casino | Bonne Terre Gaming Ltd — UKGC 65519 | Same licence; casino and table games |
| Sky Poker | Bonne Terre Gaming Ltd — UKGC 65519 | Same licence; poker |
| Sky Bet Games | Bonne Terre Gaming Ltd — UKGC 65519 | Same licence; the games product carried under the Sky Bet name |
| Sky Bet (sportsbook) | SBG Sports Ltd — UKGC 67370 (Malta) | Same Sky Betting & Gaming stable, but a different company and licence |
| tombola / tombola arcade | Tombola (International) Plc — UKGC 38613 | A Flutter cousin on its own licence, not a Sky operator-sister |
That last column is what most sister-site lists get wrong. Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Bet Games are true operator-sisters — one company, one account, one set of checks. The Sky Bet sportsbook is a stablemate under the same Sky Betting & Gaming roof, but it is run by a different company, SBG Sports Limited, on its own Malta-registered Commission licence (account 67370). And tombola, which people routinely file as a Sky sister, is a Flutter cousin rather than a Sky one: it is operated by Tombola (International) Plc on its own licence, account 38613, and Flutter only acquired it in 2022. Good brand, but it does not share Sky Bingo's account, and you should not treat it as if it does.
The reason the licence split matters is that it decides what follows you from one site to the next.
Sky Bingo is a legitimate, UK-licensed brand run by a large Flutter operator, so the basics — a current Great Britain licence, established payment handling and a full set of safer-gambling tools — are all in place, and its real sisters (Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Poker, Sky Bet Games) are the same operator wearing different clothes. The honest caveat is the flip side of belonging to a big connected estate: several adjacent brands, active cross-promotion, and a couple of relatives on separate licences where your controls may not carry across without you setting them again. None of that makes Sky Bingo a poor choice; it just means "licensed and reputable" is the regulatory sense of safe, which is not the same as risk-free. Set your limits before you play, and treat a self-exclusion as a full stop rather than a pause.
