Why are Vegas Now and Just Casino sister sites?

Curaçao's regulator certifies sites one domain at a time. Each certificate ties a single domain to one company and one licence, so a company that recurs across certificates is hard evidence of a shared operator. Just Entertainment B.V. is named on the certificates of 7 domains.

Those 7 are Just Casino's 2 domains plus one for each of the other 5 sites, Lucky Dreams among them. So the 5 sisters aren't just sites like Lucky Dreams. They share its operator on the regulator's own record.

It's the same licence on every one, granted on 13 August 2024 and Active on all 7 certificates. The authority's own register, a file dated 21 September 2026, lists it under Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603, with the status "Indefinite".

Vegas Now's terms show how close these 2 sites run:

• Clause 1.1 names the same company and licence.
• Clause 3.3 bars the same list of countries and their territories, the United Kingdom among them.
• The week and month ceilings match too, €8,000 and €30,000.
• With the brand names masked, 133 of the 136 clause lines in Lucky Dreams' terms reappear word for word.

Search from the other end, for Vegas Now's or Just Casino's sisters, and the same 6 names come back, with Lucky Dreams among them. Nothing changes but the starting point.

If a list puts Oshi, Winz or Cobra Casino beside Lucky Dreams, they don't pass the shared-company test. Their terms on 1 October 2026 give the operator as Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica, not Just Entertainment B.V.. Who runs Lucky Dreams, and where does Dama N.V. fit?

Lucky Dreams' footer won't tell you the operator. On 1 October 2026 it named no company and no licence, just an 18+ line, a gambling warning and "© 2026 Lucky Dreams". Its one badge is a Gamecheck seal, from a private service that tests for fake games and logged its latest pass on 16 September 2026. That isn't a gambling licence.

The terms do. Clause 1.1 gives Just Entertainment B.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39 in Willemstad, as operator, holding the Curaçao licence the certificates show.

Back in 2025 the footer wasn't so quiet. A Wayback Machine copy of its About page from 28 March 2025 credits Dama N.V. as owner and operator, under Dama's licence OGL/2023/174/0082. Should you ever need to name the operator in a dispute, you'd use the company in clause 1.1 as it stands now, not an old footer's.

What do the terms ask of every deposit?

One rule comes before any bonus. Clause 8.3 says you must bet at least 3 times what you deposit before money tied to that deposit can be withdrawn, bonus or no bonus. Ask earlier and the operator may refuse. It can also charge a fee for processing money that hasn't been bet.

Worked example, in euros: a €100 deposit has to be bet through to €300 before that money can leave your account. Stop at €200 and you're short.

Idle money isn't free either. After 120 days with no action, an account turns dormant, and a monthly fee of €10 can then come off while any balance is left. Leave €50 behind and it's gone after 5 months of fees.

How do Lucky Dreams withdrawal times and limits work?

There's no processing deadline in the terms. Instead, 3 clauses decide how long you wait:

• Clause 9.3 lets a withdrawal be held for as long as verification and review take.
• Clause 7.1 lets an ID check start whenever the operator chooses.
• Clause 7.5 lets an account with unanswered document requests be marked "unverifiable", its winnings voided and its funds held.

Worked example, withdrawing €20,000: the weekly ceiling is €8,000. The money leaves over at least 3 calendar weeks, €8,000, €8,000 and then €4,000, and the €30,000 monthly ceiling never bites. Ask for all of it at once and clause 9.7 lets the operator pay it in instalments or put the excess back into your balance.

Withdrawals usually start at €20, though the method can change that, and €20 is also the smallest deposit the payments page takes in euros. The payments page calls every method fee-free, yet the FAQ says you'll pay any fee your payment provider charges on a withdrawal.

What do the bonus rules ask of you?

One default set of rules covers every bonus at Lucky Dreams, free spins and loyalty swaps included, unless a promotion's own terms change it. The multiple is 40x the bonus, per its own bonus terms, checked 1 October 2026, with 7 days to finish it. Until then, stakes stop at €5. Whatever you win from a deposit bonus stops at €5,000.

Your own money's played first. The bonus only comes into play once that's gone, and asking to withdraw before the wagering's done costs you the bonus and whatever it won. No stacking either. Only one bonus can be live at any moment, and deposit bonuses can't be combined.

What counts towards your target depends on the game:

• Most slot bets count at their full value.
• Roulette counts 25%.
• Blackjack and game shows count 10%.
• Baccarat and every other game count nothing.

Worked example, a €100 bonus: 40x makes €4,000 in bets, all inside 7 days, under the brand's terms, checked on 1 October 2026. At the €5 ceiling, that's 800 separate bets or more before day 7 ends. How does the VIP scheme pay back?

Only your real-money bets earn comp points. Each $25 on slots earns 1 point, as does each $100 on roulette and each $250 on blackjack or baccarat. Promotions treat €1 and $1 as equal, and the swap rate improves level by level until Montecarlo, where it stops rising.

The top rate is 0.2%. At those rates, $5,000 of slot bets earns 200 points and a €5 bonus at the first level. The operator's terms, which were read on 1 October 2026, apply x40 to that bonus as well. That's €200 more in bets before you can ask to withdraw a bonus worth €5.

VIP limits can differ. Clause 9.9 allows other withdrawal limits for VIP accounts, set offer by offer at the operator's discretion, so the limits table isn't fixed for all.

How do you complain about Lucky Dreams?

1. Start with Lucky Dreams' Customer Support, which clause 11.1 names as the first stop for any claim.
2. The case may go to an internal department for review where needed, and the terms promise reasonable efforts to respond as promptly as possible.
3. Know where a dispute ends. Clause 11.2 sends it to arbitration in Curaçao, following the island's civil procedure rules.
4. Report a suspected breach of the law by email to the Curaçao regulator, at the address on its online gaming page.

That last step won't recover your money. The authority states that individual complaints against operators fall outside its mandate, and that it can't mediate or order anyone to pay you. It reads them as possible evidence that the law was broken, and it's planning a standard claim form.
