Each row shows what a new 18+ customer in Britain could claim on 1 October 2026. Not one of these welcomes is free to claim, and £10 is the smallest first payment that unlocks any of them.

Who owns Casumo?

Recro Limited does the day-to-day running. Casumo's terms say in clause 1.2 that the website is operated and managed by Recro, a Malta company numbered C77858. A Gambling Commission freedom of information page goes further, stating that Casumo isn't licensed itself and that Recro, a licensed operator, runs the site.

You'll find each company behind the brand in a different document:

• Personal data: Casumo Holding plc is the controller, says the privacy notice updated on 5 May 2026, with other group companies giving it support.
• Gibraltar: Jocularis Limited, filed under "Casumo Group" by the Gambling Division and trading as Casumo, holds gaming and betting licences RGL 126 and 127.
• The brand itself: its About page dates its launch to Sweden in 2012 and names Malta as its head office. It lists licences from regulators in Gibraltar, Great Britain, Sweden and Spain.

What happened to Casumo Services Limited?

It held the British licence first, under account 39265. Casino dates from 1 November 2014, with betting on real events added on 29 July 2019 and virtual ones on 23 July 2021. All 3 stopped on 3 November 2023, when the register marks them Surrendered.

That old entry still shows casumo.com and the trading name Casumo, each set to Inactive. In the Commission's own definitions, Inactive means a domain isn't being used, and it could pass to a different licensee later. On Recro's list, the same casumo.com is Active.

For a while, both companies held British licences side by side. Recro's betting permission started on 14 April 2023, just under 7 months before the surrender. Its casino permission started on 21 December 2023, 48 days after the surrender.

The Commission's FOI page uses the short form, Casumo Services Ltd. It logs a request dated 4 November 2025, answered with the information withheld. By the same page's rule, a business stays on the published register for 3 years after it stops being licensed. For 39265, that clock started on 3 November 2023.

What is the Casumo address, and whose is it?

Clause 1.2 gives it as The Unicorn Centre, Triq il-Uqija, Swieqi, SWQ 2335, Malta. That's Recro Limited's registered address, and the footer of the terms repeats it next to company number C77858.

The register spells the street 2 ways. Recro's entry has Triq Il-Uqija, Swieqi, while Casumo Services Limited's reads Triq L-Uqija, Ibragg, Swieqi, both with postcode SWQ 2335. Jocularis Limited, the Gibraltar licensee, uses a separate address at Suite 5B, Block 1, Watergardens.

You won't need any postal address to complain. Clause 23 handles complaints through email or live chat, with the contact details set out in Section 27.

How does the Casumo welcome wagering work?

You have to click the Valuable before paying in, and only your first-ever deposit counts. If you withdraw before the 10x is complete, the bonus goes, along with anything it has won.

Your own cash and the bonus get spent together, in proportion. Say you're mid-wagering, holding £100 of real money next to £50 of bonus. A £3 spin then takes £2 from your cash and £1 from the bonus, and any win splits the same way.

While the wagering runs, each stake faces 2 limits:

• €5 a spin from bonus money, or "the approximate equivalent" in pounds, as Casumo's terms put it, feature buys included. A bigger stake can cost you all winnings except your deposit
• less than 20% of your bonus on any one bet

With the full £100 bonus in play, the 20% rule only bites at £20 a bet, so it's the €5 cap you'll meet while wagering. Game weighting sets the pace at which the £1,000 comes down. Most slots count in full, but slots with a 96.8% RTP or higher count only 30%, so £100 spun on one knocks off just £30. Clearing the whole £1,000 that way would need roughly £3,334 of spins.

Table games are less clear. The weighting table lists roulette and blackjack at 10%, yet clause 9.3.1 says live casino and RNG table bets don't count at all. Sportsbook bets don't count either, so you're better off planning on slots.

Sport has a welcome of its own. If your first bet loses, Casumo hands the stake back as a free bet worth up to £30, and it stays valid for 7 days. That first bet must be a combination of at least 3 legs, staked at £5 or more, each leg at odds no shorter than 1.40. Horse racing and virtual sports are excluded, and your opening deposit must have been £10 or more.

How do payouts, limits and complaints work at Casumo?

When is a withdrawal approved, and what does it cost?

Casumo's withdrawal policy says a withdrawal should be approved or refused within 3 days. Its home page talks of payments processed in a matter of hours, but the 3 days is the timescale it puts in writing.

Cashing out more than £10 is free, while smaller withdrawals carry a £3 fee. Once a single payout passes the equivalent of €1,000, or your withdrawals add up to more than €2,000, extra verification may apply. Whether you pay in by Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill or another method, the smallest deposit is £10.

Winnings stop at £120,000 a day for each player, although progressive jackpots sit outside that limit. Clause 15.2 also warns that customer funds aren't protected should the company go insolvent.

An account you haven't logged into for 12 months turns Inactive. Casumo emails you at least a month ahead and tries to refund what's left to whichever method you paid in with last. If money's still there afterwards, it takes £5 a month, which adds up to £60 in a year.

How do Play OK limits and self-exclusion work?

Casumo keeps its tools in the Play OK settings. A tighter limit is live as soon as you've set it, but loosening or removing one has a 24-hour delay.

• Deposit and wagering limits with a daily, weekly or monthly reset
• A cap on session length, plus a reality check that shows your time, spend and wins
• Timeouts of any length up to 6 weeks, where 24 hours, 1 week and 1 month are the ready-made choices
• Self-exclusion lasting anywhere between a 6-month minimum and a 5-year maximum, biting at once

Once a self-exclusion has run out, the account doesn't reopen by itself, and only a request through live chat brings it back. How does a complaint reach eCOGRA?

Casumo should confirm your complaint has arrived within 24 hours, and has 8 weeks after that to resolve it. If it doesn't, or you won't accept the answer, the terms point you to eCOGRA for alternative dispute resolution. English and Welsh law covers the contract, and UK support answers between 7am and 11pm.

Why does Casumo have no sister sites?

Sister sites share a licensee, and no other brand shares Recro's. The domain list for account 61549 has a single row, casumo.com, with no trading names at all. Gibraltar's entry for Jocularis names only Casumo as well.

Videoslots, a Malta licensee with a sportsbook

Based in Pieta, Malta, Videoslots Limited holds account 39380, where its licence is numbered 039380-R-319311-036. You'll see Sports, Live Sports, Bingo and Battle of Slots in its lobby.

Unlike Casumo, Videoslots has sisters. Mr Vegas and Mega Riches sit on its domain list beside 2 Videoslots addresses, all Active.

Its welcome matches your opening deposit pound for pound on anything from £10, with the bonus stopping at £50. You wager 10 times the deposit within 60 days, and the bonus is released in 10% steps along the way, with only casino games counting. On £50, that's £500 of wagering and £5 freed at a time, and each bet stays within £20, below half the bonus.

Once your documents are in, the terms set a 48-hour target for processing withdrawals, with no guarantee attached. Win a progressive jackpot worth €50,000 (or the equivalent in pounds) or more, and the payment could stay pending for 30 working days at most. Today Blue Rock Managed Services Limited runs the UK site from Gibraltar, licensed to use the brand by Mr Green IP Limited. Its account 67740 has covered bingo and casino since 2 October 2025, with mrgreen.co.uk flagged White Label. In Gibraltar's list, Blue Rock appears under Playtech Group.

Sun Bingo, Fabulous Vegas, Sun Vegas and Fabulous Bingo sit in the same network as Mr Green UK, its terms say. They're linked to Mr Green, not to Casumo, and the Fabulous Bingo sister sites page explains how.

Its terms name the contracting company as Skill on Net Ltd, Malta registration C50024, though the Commission records a Limassol head office in Cyprus. Bingo joined that licence on 14 February 2020.

What changes if you switch from Casumo to an alternative?

Nothing transfers. Every alternative here belongs to another company, so you'd open a fresh account and set your limits again. The differences that matter most:

• Wagering pace: Casumo's £1,000 in 7 days works out at about £143 of bets a day. Videoslots' £500 spread over 60 days is under £9 a day, and PlayOJO's spins don't need any.

Has the Gambling Commission acted on Casumo's licence?

Yes, twice, and both times under the old licensee. Its first notice, from 29 November 2018, had Casumo pay £5.85m following a licence review. Then, on 25 March 2021, a second notice brought a £6m fine plus an official warning and outside audits. That one was about failures to protect customers and to stop money laundering, and together the 2 notices come to £11.85m.

The 2021 notice describes real customers. One lost £1.1m over 3 years and another £65,000 in a single month, and Casumo didn't contact either of them about safer gambling. A player who lost £89,000 inside 5 hours got no safer-gambling interaction either.

Both notices date from before Recro held any British licence. You won't see them on the register itself, since the actions tab is empty on Casumo Services Limited's entry and on Recro's. You'll find them in the Commission's news archive instead.

Who can Casumo players call, and how does GAMSTOP work?
