LC International Limited is not a small white-label host — it is a principal online operating company of Entain plc, the FTSE-100 group (formerly GVC / Ladbrokes Coral) behind some of the biggest names in UK gambling. It is Gibraltar-based and holds UK Gambling Commission account 54743, and it runs a family of Entain’s own brands on shared group infrastructure.

Why these brands are sisters: one Entain licence

Rather than third-party skins, these are Entain-owned brands consolidated under a single licence and account. That is why Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins and the online arms of Ladbrokes and Coral share back-end technology, payment processing and safer-gambling controls — and why you often see “LC International Ltd” on your bank statement. Compliance history — stated plainly

In August 2022 Entain agreed a £17 million regulatory settlement with the UK Gambling Commission — the largest in the regulator’s history at the time — of which £14 million was attributed to LC International (the online business) and £3 million to the retail arm. The failings covered anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling shortcomings, and the Commission noted it was the operator’s second such action. A shared operator means a shared record across these brands.
