Unibet sister sites: what each of the 3 brands offers
Platinum Gaming Limited runs Unibet, 32Red and Bingo.com on Gambling Commission account 45322. Its licence, 045322-R-324275-020, was current on 1 October 2026.
In Great Britain, Unibet has 2 sister sites, Bingo.com and 32Red, and Platinum Gaming runs all 3 under that licence and a common set of terms. Its About page places Unibet in FDJ United, the French group that bought its parent, Kindred, in October 2024. Unibet's casino welcome on 1 October 2026 was 300 free spins at 10p each, carrying 10x wagering on whatever they win.
In pounds: put down £30 and bet £30 on slots, and 300 spins follow, adding up to £30 of stakes on Big Bass Splash. Only a debit card or an Instant Bank Transfer deposit qualifies, since paying by PayPal, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill or Neteller earns no spins.
| Site | Welcome offer | Wagering, in pounds | Deposit from | Withdrawals, once approved | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unibet | Casino: 300 spins at 10p on Big Bass Splash. Sports: £40 in free bets for £20 of bets at evens or longer | Spin winnings 10x on slots, so £10 of bets per £1 won, within 30 days. Free bets can't be withdrawn | £30 for the spins, £20 for the free bets, by debit card or Instant Bank Transfer | Debit card: a few minutes to 1 banking day, from £5 | Account 45322, Active |
| 32Red | 320 spins at 10p on Big Bass Splash | The same 10x on slots within 30 days | £30, by debit card or Instant Bank Transfer | Debit card: held pending for at least 24 hours | Account 45322, Active |
| Bingo.com | No new-customer welcome on 1 October 2026. A £25,000 Cannon Prizedrop runs to 18 October | Prizedrop bingo vouchers of £1 to £50 carry 1x | 1 ticket in The Grand room for the Prizedrop | Debit card: 1 to 3 working days, from £5 | Account 45322, White Label |
The welcome offers are for newcomers aged 18 and up. Offers are as each brand's own pages showed them on 1 October 2026, and licence labels are the register's for that day. Every welcome here needs a deposit. Claim either spin offer within 7 days of joining.
If you want the most spins for £30, 32Red's 320 beat Unibet's 300. For football the pick is Unibet's sports welcome, and for horse racing its separate racing offer.
Spins worked through: suppose your 300 spins land £12. That £12 sits in your bonus balance until you've bet it 10x, so £120 on slots, inside 30 days. Cash out before then and the bonus is cancelled.
How are Unibet, 32Red and Bingo.com connected?
Start with the register. On account 45322 the Commission lists 5 web addresses. Unibet's, 32Red's and a third in a shortened Unibet spelling are marked Active, while Bingo.com's 2 are White Label. Active means the licensee runs a site itself, and White Label means a partner's involved while the licence duties stay with the licensee.
Both labels get a fuller explanation in the UKGC licence guide, and beyond the register, the 3 brands share these rules and systems:
- Unibet's general terms make a Gibraltar company, Platinum Gaming Limited, number 114100, the other party to your contract.
- The same terms count Bingo.com, Unibet and 32Red among the company's trading names.
- Each of the 3 footers gives that company and account number 45322.
- A single set of promotion terms covers the 3 names, limiting each promotion to one claim per person, address, device, payment card or email.
- No offer stacks with another, and none can be used to qualify for a second.
- Each brand's terms back balances with a bank guarantee and class it as medium protection, in identical wording at all 3.
- In the UK, 32Red and Unibet moved onto KSP, FDJ United's own sports betting platform, according to the group's 2025 results.
What differs is what you can play. Unibet's menu runs from sports and racing to casino, live casino, bingo and poker, while 32Red covers casino, sports and poker. Bingo.com sticks to bingo, casino and live casino. Only Unibet gives you racing and bingo together.
Bingo shows the link as well. Unibet and Bingo.com each ran a £25,000 Cannon Prizedrop from 21 September to 18 October 2026, Unibet's in Music Jam and Bingo.com's in The Grand.
What rules come with Unibet's free spins?
Don't panic if the 300 spins are slow. When they aren't credited automatically, allow up to 72 hours.
On 1 October 2026, Unibet's and 32Red's offer pages each gave 3 deadlines for the spins. The claim steps say 48 hours from the claim, another line says 30 days from claiming, and the wagering notes say 7 days. Play them inside 48 hours and you've met all 3. Ask support which one applies to your account.
3 rules then decide what you can withdraw:
- Only slot bets count, and the contribution list's 10% for table games clashes with terms that forbid using the bonus on them.
- Some games are blocked while bonus money is in your account, on a list dated 25 August 2026.
- Until the 10x is done, a spin above £15 with bonus funds breaks the promotion terms, as does any round above 30% of the starting bonus.
Your progress is easy to track. Unibet's help centre puts it under Account and Active Bonuses, and until the 10x is finished you can withdraw only your cash balance.
How do the sports, racing and poker welcomes work?
For the £40 sports offer, pay in £20, then put £20 on sport at evens or longer, settled within a week of joining. Racing, greyhounds and trotting don't count. Nor do boosted prices, or a bet you cash out. Win or lose, the free bets follow the same day if you join and settle that day, or otherwise within 48 hours.
They come as 3 £10 Bet Builders and a £10 accumulator, all needing 4+ selections and none usable on racing or virtual sports. You've 7 days to use them. In pounds, that is, a winning £20 qualifying bet at evens returns £40, plus the £40 in free bets either way.
Racing has its own welcome. Pay in £20 by debit card, then back a horse for £20 or more, at odds of 1.4 or longer on every leg. 2 £10 free bets then land within 24 hours of that bet settling, win or lose, and they can only go on horse racing. A £10 free bet landing at 3/1 brings back £30, where a cash bet would return £40 with its stake.
Each welcome stays on its own product. Since 19 January 2026, Commission rules have banned offers that need play across different products, betting and slots for example, and capped wagering at 10x.
Unibet's poker page, as of 1 October 2026, offered £20 in tickets and a £500 play-through bonus for a first deposit in the poker client. It's released by rake, not by wagering, in 6 steps from €1 at €2 of rake to €400 at €1,638. Anything that isn't released within 60 days is lost.
The same page, under rules last updated 13 April 2021, also describes a £400 version with different tickets. Ask support which is live before you deposit.
How long do withdrawals take by payment method?
It's a closed loop. Unibet only pays back to methods you've deposited with, and its cashier shows you just the ones open to you, which customer service can't change. Its help centre quoted these times on 1 October 2026, method by method.
| Withdrawal method | Time Unibet quotes | Limits and conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Debit card | A few minutes to 1 banking day | From £5, no fee |
| Trustly, as Instant Bank Transfer | Up to 24 hours | £5 to £50,000, after a Trustly deposit |
| Revolut Pay | Instant, by its help page | €10 to €10,000, after a Revolut deposit |
| Apple Pay, Google Pay | Up to 3 business days | After a deposit with the same wallet |
| Bank transfer | 1 to 3 working days | From £5 under the terms |
These rules can hold a payout up or split it:
- Document checks mostly finish inside 1 to 3 working days. Chasing support won't speed them up.
- Unibet can ask where your money comes from, by questionnaire and with a bank statement, payslip or tax return.
- Once requested, a withdrawal can't be cancelled, which Unibet puts down to a Commission requirement.
- A payout may come back split across the methods you've paid in with, still in full.
- Withdrawals to UK debit cards and payment services carry no charge, and support can help you take out a balance under £5.
Sisters differ on the details. 32Red's e-wallet payouts average up to 12 hours, while Bingo.com caps a card withdrawal at £10,000 and pays Trustly in up to 24 hours.
Who owns Unibet now that FDJ United bought Kindred?
Unibet began in 1997, when its founder, Anders Ström, set out to share his sports knowledge with other bettors. By 2024 it belonged to Kindred Group. FDJ named Kindred as the operator of Unibet and 32Red when its takeover bid succeeded on 3 October 2024, with 90.66% of Kindred's capital tendered.
Kindred's shares then left Nasdaq Stockholm, with 11 November 2024 the last trading day, and on 6 March 2025 the buyer took the name FDJ United. Like the group's other brands, Unibet keeps its own trade name, FDJ said. In 2023 the Commission called Platinum Gaming part of Kindred Group, and its register address is still Kindred House in London.
FDJ United's other names, the FDJ lottery in France and The National Lottery in Ireland, aren't on account 45322, so they aren't sisters here. Sites like Unibet on other licences aren't sisters. They're alternatives.
Ladbrokes, for one, is licensed to LC International Limited, a separate licensee on account 54743 with its own licence, 054743-R-330863-015. The Ladbrokes page covers that group, and the directory of every group sorts brands by company.
What is Unibet's regulator record?
The Gambling Commission has fined Platinum Gaming twice, both times over people who shouldn't have got in. In March 2023 the Commission said it would pay £2,937,599, its share of a £7.1m penalty on 2 Kindred Group companies. Customers self-excluded or blocked at 32Red had been able to register with it. The Commission announced its £10m penalty on 22 October 2025, naming Unibet's and Bingo.com's UK sites, plus a warning and an outside audit.
That 2025 case found Platinum Gaming hadn't flagged as at risk a customer who went past a £2,500 loss limit within 16 minutes of registering. Some customers whose accounts it had closed over money-laundering or terrorist-financing concerns before 2023 were also able to open new ones. The register dates the decision 22 September 2025. Gibraltar's Gambling Commissioner added a formal caution, dated 13 November 2025, and chose not to pursue a further financial penalty.
You'll meet a spending cap, too. Unibet sets a monthly net deposit cap on every account, worked out from public information and data from TransUnion, a third-party credit reference agency. It covers your accounts at the sister brands too and doesn't touch your credit score, but you can't raise it without contacting Unibet first.
How do complaints reach eCOGRA?
You follow the order Unibet's terms set. They name eCOGRA as the independent service. It's on the Commission's approved list.
- Complain to Customer Support first, by the contacts listed in the Help Centre, giving your identity and every relevant detail.
- Allow Unibet up to 8 weeks to reply.
- Take it to eCOGRA at no charge if 8 weeks pass without a fix.
- Expect eCOGRA to say within 3 weeks if it refuses the dispute, and to update you at least every 30 days.
eCOGRA aims to finish within 90 days once it has everything it needs, and gives you 7 days to answer its preliminary report. It won't cover your own costs, though.
How do self-exclusion and limits work across the sisters?
A self-exclusion at Unibet also excludes you from 32Red, Bingo.com and every other UK brand FDJ United runs, Unibet's help centre says. Then have support confirm, account by account, that the block is on. It can't be ended early, and reopening an account after it ends is done by phone only.
Take your money out first. Unibet recommends withdrawing before you self-exclude, because sending back a leftover balance isn't always possible. Bets you placed earlier still settle, and support handles any winnings from them.
The limits you can set yourself on the account work like this:
- A deposit limit counts only what you pay in.
- A net deposit limit takes off what you withdraw. With £500 a month, depositing £400 leaves £100, and a £150 withdrawal lifts the room to £250.
- Lowering a deposit limit works at once, but raising or removing one waits out a 24-hour cool-off.
- Reality checks, product blocks and time-outs sit on the same safer gambling page.
GAMSTOP applies to all licensed UK gambling operators, not just FDJ United's brands, Unibet's help centre says. Once your minimum period ends, the block keeps going until GAMSTOP hears from you, lapsing after up to 7 more years without that contact. Unibet's page suggests blocking software such as BetBlocker, and still lists BeGambleAware, although that charity ceased work on 31 March 2026.
When betting starts to cost more than you meant, phone GamCare. Its National Gambling Helpline costs nothing, never closes and answers on 0808 8020 133, by phone or by WhatsApp message to the same number. Gambling is for over-18s only. Set a limit before any deposit, and find more support in the safer gambling guide.
What else do players ask about Unibet's sister sites?
Yes. The terms allow 1 account at each brand, so you'd open one at Unibet, one at 32Red and one at Bingo.com. Opening another at a brand where you already have one makes it a duplicate account.
Its loyalty works product by product. Casino players collect points in the Reward Zone, which has tiers, a weekly wheel and a shop, up to 30,000 points a month. Poker players earn 1 XP for every cent of rake and climb a ladder of 34 steps, in 7 levels, worth up to 60.5% rakeback.
Yes, 3 of them, listed on Unibet's apps page. Sports betting, casino and poker each have one.
