What do the regulator's records say about Santeda's licence?

Rolletto's footer seal points to a certificate for OGL/2024/1798/1048, and its named holder is Santeda International B.V. (151296 in Curaçao's company register). The grant is dated 14 August 2024.

The CGA's registry tells a messier story, since its 21 September 2026 edition dates the licence's issue to 24 June 2025. Across that edition, 281 of the 665 licences share this licence's "Assessment in progress" status. So the records clash. On 1 October 2026 the certificates read Active, while the registry has the licence expiring on 24 December 2025.

The sisters' own footers, terms or company page print Santeda's company number, 151296, as well. That shared licensee makes them sisters.

Their residence bans match too. As of 1 October 2026, they bar residents of Georgia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the USA, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Maarten and FATF black-listed states.

VeloBet's footer gives Santeda International Limited the role of payment agent for Santeda International B.V., which it calls both the licence holder and the parent company. Cosmobet's terms give that agent's registered office as Poreias 2, Limassol, Cyprus. Santeda doesn't feature in the CGA's enforcement register last updated 14 September 2026.

How does Rolletto's welcome package work?

It's for slots only. You can hold just one active bonus at once. Here's how Rolletto's promotions page spreads it out:

• First deposit: 50 free spins plus 150% extra to a €500 ceiling, with a €20 qualifying minimum.
• Next 5 days: 30 free spins a day, each tied to a daily login.

How long do withdrawals take, and how much can leave?

Rolletto's withdrawal time is up to 3 banking days, the processing time its terms give for bank transfers and other payouts. A withdrawal can't be under €20. Rolletto's 1 October 2026 terms also want each deposit wagered once (1x) before it's withdrawn, or the fees in the next section can apply.

As standard, your withdrawals are limited to €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month, though VIP players may get different terms. Wins above €15,000 can arrive in monthly instalments. So a €40,000 win could be paid as €15,000, €15,000 and a final €10,000 over 3 months. Progressive jackpots land in full.

Rolletto's terms limit what it must pay on any single bet or spin to the crypto equivalent of €100,000. The limit includes bonus rounds and free spins. Intermediary bank charges stop at €16. Which charges can come out of your balance?

Rolletto's general terms, current on 1 October 2026, allow 4 deductions:

• Withdraw before your bets reach 3 times the last deposit, and the processing costs can be passed on to you.
• A deposit that wasn't wagered in full can attract a 20% administrative fee, so €100 could come back as €80.

How do the sister sites differ from Rolletto?

VeloBet

VeloBet starts lower, at €10 for both deposits and withdrawals. Its first-deposit bonus is 150% on deposits of €10 to €500, or 100% on €500 to €1,000. Deposits 2 and 3 bring 100% and then 80%, each capped at €500 with a €20 minimum.

Zizobet's terms of 1 October 2026 add 3 more limits:

• Free Bet winnings: withdrawals limited to 15 times the Free Bet.

Cosmobet

Cosmobet's terms, revised 5 May 2026 and online on 1 October 2026, limit what a sports free-bet bonus can return to 15 times its value. On €100 of free bets, that's €1,500 at most. Wins from free spins are capped at €100 under a no-deposit bonus and €500 under a deposit bonus with no wagering.

Goldenbet

Goldenbet's footer gives the owner and operator as Santeda International B.V., and the licence issue date as 14 August 2024. The site's payout limit per bet or spin is €50,000, half of Rolletto's.

Its caps follow the bonus, not the deposit. Goldenbet's terms, in the version of 1 October 2026, cap cash-outs from its casino, sports and esports welcome bonuses at 10 times the bonus. Its 2nd and 3rd deposit bonuses share that cap. On a €150 bonus that allows €1,500, where Rolletto's rule on a €100 deposit stops at €1,000.

The bigger difference is who qualifies at all. Players from 54 countries can't take Goldenbet's promotions or bonuses. Finnish players still keep a 10% cashback. Goldenbet's terms allow each bonus only once per person, and once per family, home address, device or IP address.

How far can a complaint against Rolletto go?

Rolletto sets a 2-month deadline for complaints, counted from the problem itself, and its terms and dispute page lay out these steps:
