Genting Casino sister sites on Skill On Net’s licence

Who operates Genting Casino online and its UK venues?

Genting Casino sister sites are operated by Skill On Net Ltd (Malta company registration C50024). Genting's terms accept only players from Great Britain, under Skill On Net's Gambling Commission account 39326.

The company behind Genting's UK land casinos is Genting Casinos UK Limited (company number 01519689), holder of Gambling Commission licence 537. Its 32 UK venues include Crockfords in Mayfair, Resorts World Casino and the Palm Beach. However, the online GentingCasino.com platform is not operated by Genting Casinos UK Limited. It is operated by Skill On Net Ltd, and the Gambling Commission register lists gentingcasino.com as a white-label domain on Skill On Net's account. This means the sister sites on this page are SkillOnNet platform siblings — PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slingo, Knight Slots, Mega Casino, Drueck Glueck, Prime Slots, and Metal Casino — not Genting Group-owned land-based properties.

GentingBet, Genting's old betting site, has gone, and Genting Casino has no sportsbook. Its help page still lists questions from former GentingBet customers about logins, self-exclusions and balances on accounts closed before 23 August 2021. The SkillOnNet network extends well beyond the 8 brands profiled here, with additional brands including Lucky Me Slots, Swift Casino, Lord Ping, Ahti Games, Slots Magic, Simba Games, and others. The Gambling Commission's register, dated 29 September 2026, listed 61 domains against Skill On Net's account: forty active, nineteen white-label and two inactive.

What are Genting Casino sister sites?

Genting Casino sister sites are online casino brands that share the same platform operator — Skill On Net Ltd — and operate under the same UKGC account 39326. Brands that share an operator and a licence are known as sister sites.

For UK players, the most significant practical consequence of this shared structure is GamStop coverage. GamStop blocks every gambling site licensed in Great Britain, so one registration covers Genting Casino, PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slingo and every other SkillOnNet UK site.

Beyond GamStop, the shared platform shows in Genting's SafeMate tool, which combines your play from every SkillOnNet casino account you hold. Players comparing Spin Genie sister brands can see the same group from Spin Genie's side.

Which Genting Casino sister sites share Skill On Net's licence?

The Gambling Commission register lists each of these genting casino sister sites against account 39326, registered to Skill On Net Limited. Metal Casino, the eighth brand, gets its own paragraph further down.

Each brand has its own look and offers, but the core terms are shared. The terms of Genting and all eight sisters use the same clauses on self-exclusion, withdrawals and complaints.

PlayOJO

PlayOJO markets a single promise: no wagering on its promotions. The welcome spins come wager-free, and OJOplus hands back a small sum on each real-money game, win or lose.

PlayOJO's UK site runs on the same Skill On Net account as Genting Casino. Its lobby covers slots, jackpot games, bingo and more than 60 live casino games.

The 28 September 2026 welcome deal gave 50 wager-free Big Bass Bonanza spins, worth 10p apiece, for a first deposit from £10. While the headline amount is modest compared to wagered bonus offers at sibling brands, the zero-wagering structure means spin winnings face no play-through before withdrawal. PlayOJO's banking page names Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paysafecard. There are PlayOJO apps for iOS and Android too. A bigger first deposit than £10 doesn't raise the spin count.

Spin Genie

Spin Genie brings a playful, light-hearted aesthetic to the SkillOnNet network, with a strong emphasis on slots variety and Slingo integration.

Spin Genie's default welcome deal on 29 September 2026 was bigger than PlayOJO's: 120 Book of Dead spins at 10p each. The spins last 24 hours, and winnings carry 10x wagering on slots only, with bets capped at 10% of the winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Minimum deposit is £10. Its payment pages cover Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Trustly. Spin Genie's 10x is the default in a bonus policy that at least 45 SkillOnNet casinos, Genting included, shared on 28 September 2026. PlayOJO runs a separate policy.

Slingo

Slingo.com is the official home of the Slingo format — a hybrid game mechanic combining elements of slots and bingo that has become a distinct product category in UK online gaming. Its lobby holds over 8,000 games, from Slingo titles to slots and live game shows.

Slingo.com's terms identify Skill On Net Ltd as the operator, using the Gambling Commission account that Genting uses. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay or Trustly. Its sign-up deal on 28 September 2026 gave Big Bass Bonanza spins to new players paying in £10 or more, with spin winnings wagered 10 times.

Knight Slots

Knight Slots wraps the standard SkillOnNet casino template in a medieval knight aesthetic, with a specific focus on jackpot games. Its home page calls the site a home of jackpots, split into Mini, Mighty and Major tiers.

Game providers include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming and Games Global. A £10-plus first deposit on 28 September 2026 unlocked a bonus plus as many as 50 Big Bass Bonanza spins. Wagering of 10x applied to both, on slots only.

Mega Casino

Mega Casino takes a stripped-back, no-nonsense approach to the SkillOnNet platform. Where sibling brands invest in themed branding — medieval knights, heavy metal, game shows — Mega Casino offers a minimal interface with little personality beyond functional casino navigation. This approach appeals to players who prefer clean design over elaborate theming.

Providers include NetEnt and Pragmatic Play. Mega Casino's welcome deal on 28 September 2026 matched your first deposit pound for pound to £25, with 50 free spins, from a £10 minimum. Bonus money and spin winnings each needed 10x wagering on slots.

Drueck Glueck

Its domains drueckglueck.com and drueckglueck.co.uk both sit on Skill On Net's Gambling Commission account.

Game providers include Microgaming, NetEnt and WMS. The 28 September 2026 welcome package doubled your first deposit, up to £100, and added 50 Book of Dead spins, from £10. Under its bonus policy, bonus funds and spin wins each need 10x wagering.

Prime Slots

Prime Slots applies a TV game show-inspired aesthetic to the SkillOnNet template, with bright animated graphics and an energetic, casual design intended to appeal to entertainment-focused players.

Providers include NetEnt, Play'n GO, Games Global and Pragmatic Play. New players depositing £10 or more on 28 September 2026 got 123 spins on Thor, and whatever those spins won carried 10x wagering.

Metal Casino

Metal Casino's terms name the same operator and Gambling Commission account as the other genting casino sister sites, with eCOGRA for disputes. Its home page leans hard into heavy metal, led by a Lordi-themed slot, Lordi Reel Monsters.

Which licences cover Genting Casino and its sister sites?

British players are covered by Skill On Net's Gambling Commission account 39326, the only licence Genting's terms cite. PlayOJO's pages for visitors outside Britain instead cite Malta Gaming Authority licence number MGA/CRP/171/2009/01. PlayOJO's footer gives 1 August 2018 as that licence's issue date.

Genting's terms route a complaint to support first. A case support can't resolve moves to a manager, who has 96 hours to decide. If the issue remains unresolved after that, eCOGRA takes it on as an approved dispute service whose ruling binds both sides. All eight sister brands name eCOGRA in their terms too.

Genting's terms say customer money sits apart from company money, in a segregated players' account with Barclays. By Genting's own account, that meets the Commission's medium protection level, which still can't promise every pound back if the company fails. You can look up the licence itself on the Gambling Commission public register.

Skill On Net Limited faced a £305,150 regulatory action from the Gambling Commission, published 23 May 2023. It followed failures in player protection and the firm's money-laundering checks. The settlement obliged Skill On Net to put the entire £305,150 toward socially responsible causes.

The Commission has limited bonus wagering to 10 times since 19 January 2026. Genting Casino's welcome match on 28 September 2026 doubled whatever you deposited from £10 upward, up to £25, and added 50 Big Bass Bonanza spins. Both the bonus and the spin winnings carry 10x wagering on slots only. Under the bonus policy, the spins last 24 hours. The maximum bet is 10% of the bonus and spin winnings, or £5 if lower.

All nine domains sit on Skill On Net Limited's one account. Genting, Slingo, Knight Slots and Metal Casino are listed as white-label domains, and the other five as active.

How do Genting's ID checks and withdrawals work?

Genting checks your registration details automatically before your first deposit or bet. If that check fails, you upload a copy of your ID with a recent utility bill, and deposits wait until both are approved. Wins of £5,000 upwards, and jackpots, can take longer to pay while they're checked.

Credit cards are prohibited for gambling transactions across all UKGC-licensed brands, including the entire SkillOnNet network, under the ban effective since April 2020. Genting takes Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly and Paysafecard, and its terms also allow wire transfer. Debit card deposits and withdrawals carry no fees; wire transfers incur a £10 fee for amounts below £500.

Genting lets you withdraw before a bonus finishes, but doing so clears the whole bonus balance, including anything you've won from it. For a group under a different operator, see Dream Jackpot sister site alternatives.

Genting's terms aim to process every withdrawal within a few hours, and all eight sister brands set the same aim in their terms. Genting's Visa page puts a Visa withdrawal at 1–5 business days. Email and phone requests don't count: a withdrawal has to go through the casino's own withdrawal page.

How does self-exclusion work across Genting's sister sites?

All genting casino sister sites under UKGC account 39326 are enrolled in GamStop. A single GamStop registration blocks access to every Skill On Net Ltd brand simultaneously — Genting Casino, PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slingo, Knight Slots, Mega Casino, Drueck Glueck, Prime Slots, and Metal Casino are all covered. You choose a minimum block of six months, one year or five years. It continues past that point until you request its removal from GamStop, for 7 years beyond the minimum at most. GamStop self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.

Skill On Net's terms say a self-exclusion extends to "any other known account you have on our license". A Freeze lasting between 24 hours and six weeks, or a deposit limit, applies only to the single account it was set on. Playing at a sister brand during an exclusion breaks the terms, and any winnings from it are removed. Genting's own tools include daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and a Game Status Reminder that tells you how long you've been playing. SafeMate tracks your spending, wins, losses and time over the last six months. Lite Play is a lobby of games you can play for up to £2 a spin.

Players seeking additional device-level blocking tools beyond GamStop should consider Gamban, which blocks access to gambling sites across all devices, or Bet Blocker, a free alternative. For counselling and support, the National Gambling Support Network and GamCare provide confidential advice and referral services. Genting's responsible gaming page links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and Payplan. GamCare answers calls about gambling harm day and night, free, on 0808 8020 133. NHS Wales also runs its own free gambling helpline, number 0808 2819 265.

How do sites like Genting Casino compare?

LeoVegas, MrQ and Unibet each hold their own Gambling Commission account, apart from Skill On Net's. Genting's self-exclusion covers accounts on Skill On Net's licence, so GamStop is the tool that blocks these too.

PlayOJO — Skill On Net Ltd

PlayOJO is itself a genting casino sister site, but merits standalone attention as an alternative because its zero-wagering bonus model is fundamentally different from Genting Casino's 10x wagered offer. PlayOJO shares account 39326 with Genting, and nothing won from its 50 welcome spins has to be wagered. GeckoPlay, another brand on that account, gave 50 wager-free spins for deposits of £10 or more on 28 September 2026.

LeoVegas — LeoVegas Gaming plc

LeoVegas Gaming PLC holds Gambling Commission account 39198, where leovegas.co.uk is listed as active. Any limit, time-out or self-exclusion you set at LeoVegas applies to the whole account, since casino, live casino and sports can't be blocked one by one. Players comparing bingo-adjacent networks may also find Lucky Pants Bingo sister sites useful for a different product vertical entirely.

MrQ — Tek Fox Ltd

Tek Fox Ltd operates MrQ under UKGC account 60629. MrQ markets itself on having no wagering requirements. Its 28 September 2026 first-deposit deal gave 100 Big Bass Splash spins for £10, and their winnings needed no wagering. Most genting casino sister sites default to 10x, so that's the main difference. For players who want the zero-wagering model but prefer an operator outside the Skill On Net Ltd ecosystem, MrQ provides a structurally equivalent product under a separate UKGC account.

Unibet — Platinum Gaming Limited

Unibet's UK site is run by Platinum Gaming Limited, part of FDJ United, under Gambling Commission account 45322. That account holds betting licences as well as casino and bingo ones, which matters if you used GentingBet's sportsbook. Genting Casino has no sportsbook, so Unibet fills that gap.
