Jupiter publishes one set of general terms for all 7 sites, last updated on 17 August 2026. Other pages can contradict them, as the self-exclusion section below shows, but inside the terms the 7 compare like this:

What is Aspire Global's regulator record?

AG Communications, which Red Casino left, agreed this settlement of 4 February 2025 with the Gambling Commission over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings. Most ran between May 2023 and October 2024, and a self-exclusion breach ran from October 2022 to May 2024. Under it, the company is to pay £1,407,834 in lieu of a financial penalty, including a £220,334 divestment. That money goes to socially responsible causes.

It wasn't the company's first case. On 30 November 2022 the Commission announced a £237,600 penalty for anti-money laundering failures, and its 2025 release says AG Communications paid it. It couldn't show due-diligence checks on 6 white-label partners, businesses whose brands it ran under its own licence. The Commission's public statements stay online "for 3 years from the date of issue", so only the 2025 settlement still appears on the company's entry.

Jupiter Gaming Limited's own entry didn't list any regulatory action on 28 September 2026. Its licences only date from August 2025. So that 3-year window covers its whole licensed life.
