Each of the 6 brands' trading names was Active on the register. In the Licence column, white label means a brand run under another company's licence. Each offer was open only to new customers aged 18+ on 28 September 2026, with an opt-in. Only Parimatch's 25 spins don't need a deposit.

Who owns Heart Bingo now, and is it still Gamesys?

Search the register for Heart Bingo and you'll get one business: BV Gaming Limited, account 39576, a Gibraltar company with registration number 42734. Heart's own footer names the same company. It adds that the Heart Bingo brand is used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited, the radio group's London company. This site's ownership method explains how that register search works.

Archived copies show Entertaining Play Limited running Heart in January 2020, and Gamesys Operations Limited in August 2021 on Gamesys's account 38905. An archived welcome page of 28 September 2021 then announced that Heart Bingo "was transferred to new management on the 23rd of September 2021". It named the new operator as BetVictor Limited, company 42734, the number BV Gaming Limited uses today. Accounts from before then stopped working.

Any list still calling Heart a Gamesys site is out of date, since Gamesys kept Jackpotjoy but has no Heart domain left on account 38905. The £6,071,292 financial penalty the Commission decided against Gamesys Operations on 22 November 2023 covered November 2021 to July 2022, after Heart had left. BV Gaming Limited's register entry recorded no regulatory actions on 28 September 2026. The Commission keeps public statements online for 3 years from issue.

How are Heart Bingo's sister sites connected?

The register lists BetVictor, BV Gaming's own brand, as Active, and Heart and the other 4 as white labels. Betano's UK site says Kaizen Gaming owns the brand. In the UK, BV Gaming runs it. Smooth Spins shares Heart's brand licensor, Global.

The terms show how close the link is. Heart Bingo's and Smooth Spins' general terms are the same document, word for word apart from the customer-service email and a few slips. BetVictor and the 3 other sports-led brands share most of that text and add sports-betting rules. Only BetVictor's terms also keep the Bingo Rules. For casino play, though, all 5 are Heart Bingo casino sister sites, since each one has a slots or casino welcome.

You hold a separate account at each of the 6, and Heart's terms bar a second account at the same brand. Each of the 6 welcomes is for new customers only, once per household.

3 rules reach every account you hold across the BVGroup, as the operator calls its brands:

• Heart's help centre says any safer gambling tool set on one account applies to all of them, self-exclusion included. It gives no fixed time for an exclusion to take effect, only that such requests are a priority. Stay off the 5 sister sites for the whole exclusion, new sign-ups included. Get Heart's support team to check that each BVGroup account in your name is blocked, and to say so by email.
• Heart pays at most £250,000 per customer per day, and the cap counts your wins at all BV Gaming brands together. That cap doesn't apply to progressive jackpots.
• A promotions ban for bonus abuse at one site covers every brand on the licence, and every offer's terms repeat that rule.

Is Heart Bingo on the Virtue Fusion network?

Heart's help centre names Playtech as the supplier of its bingo software. Smooth Spins and BetVictor say the same. Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited, the company that carries the Virtue Fusion name, surrendered its Gambling Commission bingo and casino licences on 12 February 2026. Its register entry lists just 2 domains, takeabreakbingo.co.uk plus mrgreen.co.uk, both Inactive and neither of them Heart's.

How fast does Heart Bingo pay out?

Heart usually processes a request within 24 hours, while security and compliance checks run, and the money reaches your bank 1–3 working days later. Where your bank supports Fast Funds, 30 minutes after approval is the debit-card figure in one help article. Another says around 40 minutes after release.

Heart Bingo's payment options for deposits are debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Heart says each goes through as soon as you make it. By default, deposit limits run from £5 to £1,000, and withdrawals back to those methods from £5 to £30,000. Credit cards aren't accepted. Payments show on your statement as "Heart Bingo" or similar.

2. Escalate to complaintsmanagement@heartbingo.co.uk, which acknowledges within 24 hours and aims to resolve within 8 weeks.
3. Go to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, with the referral number Heart gives you, or use Resolver.

How do Heart Bingo's limits and self-exclusion work?
