These are the addresses the Gambling Commission named on 1 September 2023. Whatever their old banners still say, not one of them has an ITG account, cashier or claimable ITG bonus now.

Why did all the Dr Slot sister sites close together?

Then came a lawsuit. According to the Guardian in July 2024, Skywind, a gambling company based in Gibraltar, bought ITG in 2022 in a £53m deal. At the time, Skywind's High Court claim said the business was worth "nil or nominal" after the surrender. The 2 former owners it sued denied the claims.

Bonus Boss still explains itself. Its home page carries ITG's surrender notice, telling you to log in and withdraw, advice that's since been overtaken by the 2024 deadline. Can you still recover an old Dr Slot balance?

The simple way to withdraw has closed. ITG gave you until 6 March 2024 to log in and withdraw, and said it would try paying balances back to your registered payment method. After that date, ITG said, its sites and apps would close, and anyone still owed money would need to email its customer support.

2 points still matter:

• Protection level: your money was held at the "not protected" level, which the Commission says means you'd likely lose it in an insolvency.
• Time limit: in most cases, ITG's terms let it remove a closed account's balance 6 months after closure. Its closure emails of September 2023 promised instead that balances would stay protected until returned, so keep that email if you're making a claim.

ITG still exists on paper. Companies House still showed In Touch Games Limited as registered but non-trading on 30 September 2026, under an active proposal to strike it off. Here's the order to work in:

1. Gather your account email, username, last balance and any withdrawal dates from the emails and statements you kept.
2. Write to In Touch Games Limited (Companies House number 04629082), Labs House at 15-19 Bloomsbury Way in London, WC1A 2TH, keeping a dated copy.
3. Give ITG time, since its procedure promised to confirm receipt of a complaint inside 24 hours and aimed to settle it inside 8 weeks.
4. If ITG's final or deadlock response leaves you dissatisfied, or 8 weeks pass without one, ask IBAS, its named dispute service, whether it can help.
5. If IBAS cannot help, take advice on settling the dispute through the courts, the other route in the Commission's closure guidance.

Skip the Commission. It doesn't deal with individual customer complaints, so writing there won't get you any closer to money ITG may still owe you.
