Mr Slot's footer names ProgressPlay Limited. It's a Malta company, number C58305, holding a Malta Gaming Authority licence since 16 April 2013 and Gambling Commission account 39335. Its Gambling Commission casino licence dates from 1 November 2014.

ProgressPlay describes itself as a "B2B whitelabel Casino solution", active since 2012, so the brand you see is a partner's, run on its platform and licence. Mr Slot's privacy policy calls MrSlot.com the "Partner" and says it is also a data controller, with its rights starting only if ProgressPlay's contract with it ends. It gives no company name for the Partner.

The account is big. Its register table held 192 rows on 29 September 2026: 20 Active, 95 White Label, meaning partner brands on its licence, and 77 Inactive. For anyone looking up Progress Play sites or Progress Play casino sites, 115 of those domains were current. A Commission notice of August 2025 said 134 websites.

Why do the sister brands share one set of terms?

Earlier, on 8 May 2024, the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint against ProgressPlay trading as JeffBet, another brand on account 39335. A "New Players Only" offer there applied only to people new to the whole ProgressPlay network, which the ASA found misleading.
