Who owns Mr Vegas, and which companies run it?

Mr Vegas (mrvegas.com) is operated by a dual-entity corporate structure: Videoslots Limited (Malta company number C49090) holds the UK Remote Operating Licence under UKGC account 39380. Outside the UK, the site's footer names a second Malta company, Mr Vegas Limited (C93203), as operator under a Maltese licence. In a 9 December 2024 announcement, Videoslots took the name Immense Group and introduced Immense Group AB, a newly formed holding company in Stockholm. Videoslots Limited and Mr Vegas Limited give the same registered address: The Space, Level 2 & 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta.

Mr Vegas sister sites are online casino and sports betting brands operated by Videoslots Limited under UKGC licence account 39380. Which brands share the Mr Vegas UK licence?

Videoslots Limited's account 39380 lists four web addresses for three brands, with an Active status for each on 29 September 2026. They are mrvegas.com, megariches.com, videoslots.com and videoslots.co.uk. That makes Videoslots and Mega Riches the two mr vegas sister sites open to UK players. Brands the group runs outside the UK come later on the page.

On 29 September 2026, all three UK sites used the same menu: Casino, Live casino, Jackpots, Sports, Live Sports, Arcade and Bingo. Their UK terms also rule out funding an account with a credit card.

The Gambling Commission has acted against Videoslots Limited three times, in 2018, 2023 and 2025. The Commission's 2023 and 2025 notices both name mrvegas.com among the company's sites.

The latest decision is dated 30 October 2025 and was announced on 20 November 2025. It brought a £650,000 penalty, a formal warning and one more condition on the licence. The anti-money laundering breaches (licence condition 12.1.1) and customer interaction failings (code 3.4.3) date from October 2023 to February 2024. In one case, a customer funded an account with over £75,000 of pre-paid digital vouchers within 16 days. The automated AML risk score didn't trigger a timely source-of-funds request. The company must also undergo a third-party audit, and the Commission notes it co-operated and acted at once to fix the issues.

A settlement announced on 15 June 2023 had Videoslots Limited hand over £2 million, all of it directed to socially responsible causes. The failings included late or weak responsible gambling reviews, customers showing signs of harm who kept gambling heavily, and slow AML reviews and source-of-funds requests.

The earliest action, from 29 November 2018, saw Videoslots commit to paying £1 million instead of receiving a financial penalty.
