Foxy Games sister sites: 11 other LC International brands

Foxy Games has 11 sister sites, including Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Ladbrokes and Coral, and LC International runs all 12 brands for Entain. There isn't a separate site any more. Since March 2025 its address has opened Foxy Bingo's games section. There, you pick 100 free spins at 10p or a £20 bingo bonus carrying 2x wagering, before you register.

Both offers come from a 1 October 2026 read, the same day the register's domain labels for every brand were checked. Each welcome needs you to be new and 18 or older, and you can't get either without paying in £10 and spending it.

• 11 March 2025: the Internet Archive saves its final copy of the Foxy Games homepage that isn't a redirect.
• 24 March 2025: the archive's first redirect capture points that homepage at a Foxy Bingo games address.
• 26 March 2025: Loquax reports Entain merging the Foxy sites under one umbrella and focusing marketing on Foxy Bingo alone.
• 1 October 2026: a request for foxygames.com still gets a 301, a permanent redirect, into Foxy Bingo's games pages.

The old brand hasn't quite gone, since your browser tab on Foxy Bingo's games page still ends in the words "Foxy Games". Its menu runs from slots, bingo and Slingo to live casino, roulette and blackjack, so the games survived and only the separate website went.

Where did Foxy Games accounts and balances go?

Old logins now open Foxy Bingo. The general terms give "the Foxy Brands" one account under the single name Foxy, and Loquax's 2025 report says your password and wallet work on both.

Idle balances don't sit untouched forever. Go 13 months in a row without a cash bet, and Foxy first tries to refund the money to whichever payment method you used last. Only if that fails does a £3.00 monthly charge begin, with at least 30 days' warning first, which adds up to £36 a year. Logging in and depositing or betting wakes the account up again, and you can reclaim those fees through Customer Services if any were taken.

Clause 2.2 of Foxy's general terms lists 12 UK brands that LC International runs, and Foxy Games still appears among them by name. Take it away and you're left with 11 sisters:

What do Foxy and its sister brands share?

Same company, same rules. One set of general terms and one set of promotion terms, both dated 21 January 2025, govern all 12 brands, Foxy included. Here's what that means for you:

• Each brand allows you 1 account, which means Gala Bingo needs its own sign-up even if you already play at Foxy.
• New-player offers go only to people who've never opened and funded an account with that brand.
• Promotions can't be stacked with one another.
• While a Casino bonus is being wagered, stakes are capped at £2 a spin or hand.
• Balances are kept in a formal trust account that an independent trustee controls and an external auditor checks.
• The Player Advisory Team can apply a Max Loss Limit across every Entain Group account you have.

How long do Foxy Games withdrawals take?

Foxy's review of each withdrawal can last as long as 2 business days, and once it's approved your payment method sets the speed:

• Visa Fast Funds pays eligible UK and Irish Visa debit cards, usually inside 4 hours and at any hour of the day.
• Fast Funds allows 5 withdrawals a day, and anything over £2,000 goes through extra manual checks.

What is LC International's regulator record?

LC International's register entry lists no regulatory actions. Don't read too much into that. The Commission takes its public statements down 3 years after issuing them.

A Commission settlement dated 17 August 2022 cost Entain £17 million, with LC International and its 13 websites behind £14 million of it. Sister brands were part of the problem. Coral blocked a customer after £60,000 of spending in 12 months, yet within a day they'd joined Ladbrokes and deposited £30,000 there.

How do you complain to Foxy?

Complaints go through 3 internal stages under clause 25 of the terms:

1. Start with Customer Services.
2. Escalate to a Team or Line Manager above the agent who handled it.
3. Write to the Foxy Complaints Team at the email in clause 25.3.3, and its reply is the last internal word.

If you're in the UK, your complaint is acknowledged inside 24 hours, and Foxy's final position arrives by email inside 8 weeks. After that, IBAS can adjudicate.

Does a Foxy self-exclusion cover its sister sites?

A self-exclusion requested at Foxy stays with Foxy unless you widen it, because the terms apply it to this brand only when nothing else is said. Ask for it to reach every Entain Group brand, and get support to check it's live on each of your accounts. The shortest exclusion Foxy accepts is 6 months, and leftover funds come back inside 10 working days.
