AG Communications Casinos & Sister Sites

13 brands investigated

AG Communications Limited is the Malta-registered, UK-licensed company that trades as Aspire Global and ran a large network of UK casino brands on the Aspire Global turnkey platform. It holds UK Gambling Commission account 39483. If several “separate” casinos you know feel identical under the hood, this is often why: they were all Aspire Global white-labels under one licence.

Why these brands are sisters: the Aspire Global platform

AG Communications held the licences and provided the platform, payments, KYC and compliance; partner companies supplied the branding and marketing. Dozens of UK sites ran this way under the single UKGC licence (39483), which is why brands like Karamba, Mr Play, MagicRed, Dream Jackpot, Spin Rio and ZetBet shared games, cashier and terms. The platform itself passed up the corporate chain from Aspire Global to NeoGames (2022) and then to Aristocrat (2024).

Important: the 2026 wind-down

This network is being closed. Aristocrat announced it is winding down the Aspire Global white-label operation, and the UK-facing brands have been shutting through 2026. Some casinos listed under this operator may already be closed or in the process of closing — always check that a site is still live and accepting UK players before you register or deposit.

Compliance history — stated plainly

AG Communications was sanctioned twice by the UK Gambling Commission: £237,600 in November 2022 (anti-money-laundering due-diligence failings on white-label partners) and a £1,407,834 settlement in February 2025 (AML and safer-gambling failings, including intervention thresholds set far too high). One operator, one licence — one shared record.

What this means for you

  • GamStop applied to all live brands. While trading, every AG Communications UK brand ran under the UKGC licence and was enrolled in GamStop.
  • Check the site is still open. Given the wind-down, the most important step here is confirming a brand is still operating before committing any money.
  • Bonuses and terms were shared. Offers on one Aspire Global brand were typically mirrored across its sisters.

How we group casino networks

We identify the company and licence behind each brand from its terms, licensing register entries and platform fingerprints, then group brands that share an operator. We verify the UK Gambling Commission licence and GamStop coverage for every brand and re-check regularly. See our full rating methodology.
