Dama N.V. is an offshore, Curaçao-registered operator (company no. 152125, formerly trading as Direx N.V.) that runs a very large network of crypto-friendly casinos. Why these brands are sisters: one offshore operator, one platform

Most Dama N.V. casinos run on the SoftSwiss platform, and the operator is widely reported to sit within the same SoftSwiss-linked network as entities like N1 Interactive and Rabidi N.V. (the precise ownership links are deliberately opaque). Why this matters: no UK protection

Because these sites hold only an offshore Curaçao licence, if you play on them:
