Type Bid Bingo sister sites into a search box and you get two claims that don't sit together: that Bid Bingo has hundreds of sisters, and that it's an offshore casino operating outside the UK system. The first is broadly true. The second is wrong, and it's the kind of wrong that costs people money. On the public record, Bid Bingo is a UK Gambling Commission-licensed bingo brand, run by the company that absorbed 888's entire bingo estate. So it has a large family of genuine sisters, and it is not an offshore operation. There are two real catches here — and neither is the one you were probably warned about.
Source: UKGC public register Checked September 2026
Bid Bingo is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a Dublin-registered company. It holds UK Gambling Commission account 58267, carrying remote bingo, remote casino and gambling-software permissions, active since 23 February 2022. You can read the licence on the Commission's own register, and the register lists bidbingo.co.uk as an active domain under it. Broadway Gaming is the firm that bought 888 Holdings' bingo business — the old Dragonfish network — around 2021–22, which is why this single licence carries dozens of familiar bingo names rather than one.
So the licence number the brand cites, 58267, is real: you can confirm it yourself on the UKGC public register and see the list of addresses it covers on the same licence's domain-names page. We print the number only because it verifies on the regulator's own register — not because an affiliate page repeated it. No page should be quoting a licence number it hasn't checked there, and plenty do.
Here's the first catch, and it's the important one. The licence covers bidbingo.co.uk. The version of Bid Bingo that turns up most prominently in search sits on a different address — a .casino domain — and that domain was not on Broadway Gaming's licence when we read the register's domain list. A UK-licensed operator has to register every website it runs, so a site on an address the licence doesn't list is, at best, not the licensed operation and, at worst, a lookalike trading on a real brand's name and licence number.
We can't tell you from the outside which it is, and we won't guess. What we can give you is the rule that keeps you safe: a UK licence protects you only on the exact domains attached to it. If the address in your browser bar isn't on licence 58267, treat the UK protections — the complaints route, the approved dispute-resolution scheme, the customer-funds disclosure, the national self-exclusion scheme — as simply not present, whatever badge or number the page displays. A misused licence number is worth nothing to you.
The second catch is more mundane but just as practical. When we checked, the licensed site did not load for us, and independent bingo directories were flagging Bid Bingo as unavailable or no longer listed among sites they'd recommend. A domain can stay marked "active" on the register long after an operator has quietly wound a brand down, so an active domain is not the same as a site that's open for business.
We can't confirm the brand's live trading status either way — so before you spend another minute on it, load bidbingo.co.uk yourself and see whether it actually opens and takes deposits. If it doesn't, the sisters below matter far more than the brand you came looking for.
Because Broadway Gaming runs its brands as separate websites on a single licence, the honest way to find Bid Bingo's sisters is the register's domain list for account 58267 — not an affiliate "similar sites" box. Every brand below shares that one licence, which means it shares the same operator, the same cashier, the same complaints desk and the same account-level safer-gambling controls. It's a large estate; this is a representative slice, not the full 80-or-so active domains.
| Brand | Operator (UKGC licence) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Wink Bingo | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Flagship ex-888/Dragonfish bingo brand |
| 888 Ladies | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Retains the 888 name; same licence as Bid Bingo |
| Costa Bingo | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Long-running UK bingo brand |
| Bingo Barmy | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Same cashier and complaints desk |
| Robin Hood Bingo | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Same account-level controls |
| Sing Bingo | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Same operator, different front page |
| Bucky Bingo | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | .co.uk domain on the same licence |
| King Jackpot | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Same estate, jackpot-led branding |
| XL Casino | Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Ltd (58267) | Casino-facing brand on the bingo licence |
Affiliate pages that promise "245 sister sites," or drop in unrelated casino names, are either counting the whole ex-888 domain pile or padding the list to fill a page. The licence is the only list that means anything, and you can read it in full on the domain-names page above.
A Gambling Commission licence is a floor, not a promise. It obliges Broadway Gaming to hold your money under a disclosed arrangement, offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, sit inside an approved dispute-resolution scheme, and answer a written complaint. It does not promise generous terms, quick payouts, or that a contested decision will go your way. "UK licensed" means there's a route when things go wrong — not that nothing will.
Two things people routinely get wrong about the safer-gambling tools:
One dated detail for reading any offer: since 19 January 2026 the Commission caps wagering on incentives at 10×. A page quoting a higher multiple as current is out of date. We publish no bonus values, ticket prices, RTP figures or withdrawal timings for this or any brand — those move constantly, and a stale number copied from another page is worse than none.
On the evidence, Bid Bingo isn't the offshore risk it's sometimes painted as — it's a UK-licensed Broadway Gaming brand with a large family of genuine sisters. But two things sit against it right now: it looks like it may be offline, and there's a .casino lookalike circulating that we could not tie to its licence. That combination is a good reason to step back from the search that brought you here. Pick a bingo site whose exact domain you can see, today, on the Commission's register — ideally one you can confirm is actually taking players. If it's the Bid Bingo feel you want, its same-licence sisters above are the honest place to look: same company, same protections, and each one checkable on the register in under a minute.
Operator and licence taken from the UK Gambling Commission public register (account 58267, Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited) and its domain-names list, cross-checked against independent bingo directories. Nothing here is taken on trust from an affiliate "sister sites" list. We could not load Bid Bingo's own live site or confirm its current trading status, and we could not verify who operates the bidbingo.casino domain — treat both as open questions and check the register yourself before depositing.
