Search a little further and you will find MidnightWins filed under Cerberlot N.V., a Curaçao company, next to a long list of “sister” brands. That grouping comes from affiliate sister-site databases — not from the casino's own documents, and not from Casino Guru. We can't confirm it against anything primary, so we won't print it as fact.

This matters more offshore than it would in the UK. A UK operator's family can be proved in minutes: every brand's terms name the company, and the UK Gambling Commission register ties them to one account number. Curaçao publishes no equivalent brand-to-operator register. The licence: claimed, but not checkable

That gap is more serious than it used to be. Since 24 December 2024, Curaçao's old arrangement — where private “master” holders resold sub-licences — has been replaced by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, now the sole licensor, with a central public register and its own digital seals. Legacy sub-licences have expired, and the regulator's own advice is to verify a licence only through that official database and to treat sites citing dead master-licences as outside the framework. A casino that shows neither a number nor a linked seal cannot be checked against that register — which, for a player, amounts to no protection at all.

And whatever the .uk and .org.uk pages billing it as an “Official UK Casino” imply, there is no UK licence here. An offshore casino cannot be a UK-official one.
