An investigation by the Curaçao Chronicle describes TechSolutions Group N.V., TechOptions Group B.V. and Orakum N.V. as the “command hubs” behind a set of casinos that it lists as including IviBet, 22Bet, 20Bet, Bizzo Casino, Hell Spin, 1xSlots, Betwinner, MegaPari and PariPesa.

Two honest caveats sit on top of that. First, the structure is deliberately layered across several near-identical shell companies (an N.V. here, a B.V. there, a separate EU payments entity), which is exactly what makes “who owns it” hard to pin down — and hard to hold to account. Second, and this is the one that matters most: we could not confirm a specific licence number against the Curaçao regulator’s public register. The site presents itself as Curaçao-licensed; we are not repeating a licence number we cannot verify, and neither should any page that wants your trust. If you see one quoted confidently elsewhere, treat it as copied, not checked.

The reported sister brands — and why this can’t be a register check
